Our 1,100 square foot Hill Country Home is located on our 106+ acres ranch just outside downtown Boerne.
We lived in this home for 2.5 years while building our permanent home nearby on the ranch. It offers all the comforts of home, as it was our home! We look forward to sharing it with others.
This home features a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, 2 barstools and 6-person kitchen table. The family room features large windows and satellite television to comfortably view nature or your favorite program from the large sectional sofa.
The Master Bedroom features a queen-sized bed and more windows to view the ranch. The large bathroom features granite counters with two sinks and a large shower. The second "bedroom" is a small room off of the family room with a full-size futon for extra sleeping space only.
We are "pet friendly" with prior owner approval. We strive to keep our property neat and clean, but also understand pets are part of the family. We will consider each pet request individually with special consideration to weekly or monthly renters.
The Hill Country Home offers such a unique way to visit San Antonio, Boerne or the Hill Country. The home will impress you and the ranch will blow you away! Located on 106 acres of hill country land, you will experience wildlife and nature right outside your door.
Downtown Boerne is only 10 minutes away, with shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. Downtown San Antonio is only 40 minutes away, with the Riverwalk and the Alamo.
Six Flags/Fiesta Texas is only 20 minutes away, as well as LaCantera Mall, The Rim and Bass Pro Shop. Sea World is only 40 minutes away. Fredericksburg is only 45 minutes away and New Braunfels/Gruene is only 1 hour.
This is the ideal location to get away from it all, yet keep it all within a short drive for wonderful day trips!
