Private personal entrance to a pristine one of a kind log home, handhewn from native trees off of this original 2+ acre lot. Easy access to your personal boat dock and sunbathing deck that is on the prestigious Spokane river which is connected to Coeurd'Alene lake.
Hundreds of people a month pay $20.00 to just cruise this part of the lake on a old paddle boat to look at all the million plus waterfront properties. Easy place to water ski, wakeboard, kayak, personal watercraft, etc. " NO Wind " on this part of the lake (check with locals). Gas is minutes away at several on the water restaurants. Or just cruise on into town and dock at the Hotel and shop and eat just minutes from your public boat mooring. (15 minutes).
This home has been carefully remodeled to make you feel like your in Yellowstone Lodge. Thus the name "Little Yellowstone Lodge". Complete with that rustic yet very comfortable lodging with about every amenity.

We chose this location for several reasons. Close to airport, close to Coeurd'Alene. Close to everything one needs but still a feeling of a pristine getaway, away from the noise, and congestion of the city.

Hi, I am the lucky owner of this very unique Property. I try to spend as much time as possible here. I am a semi-retired residential home builder and developer. I have a great family (5 children) Two of whom are married now including 3 gorgeous grandchildren. This is our favorite place to come. This is a hand hewn log home that has been upgraded with the best materials. We affectionately call it "Little Yellowstone Lodge" It gives you that feeling when your there !
