We arrived and found the home clean and ready for our family to spend a week at Disney World, Universal Studios and a day trip over to Cocoa beach for a dip in the ocean. The owner was a great person to work with and the management company was prompt in answering a few questions when we arrived. The home offered us plenty of room to spread out (6 adults and 4 children, 10, 8, 8, and 7). The location of the home allows easy access to freeways but is very quite. The pool is a nice size for the kids to play in while the adults relaxed on the deck area. We had hoped for all king size beds in the suites but the 2 queen size beds were fine. I would recommend a deep cleaning of the home and a few updates. All in all it was a great experience and a great chance for our family to have time together. Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is well maintained and clean. The pool was wonderful as was the Wifi . The alarm system gave us added peace of mind as we were out enjoying the many activities available in the Orlando area. The owner is responsive and is a pleasure to deal with. My family and I look forward to returning to Orlando and staying at this house.

I recently returned from a family vacation in Florida and stayed at this property. Our group had 6 adults and 4 children. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, it is close to all the theme parks, restaurants and shopping. The house is spacious, lots of room for everyone to get some down time at the end of fun filled days at the Disney parks. The kid’s loved the pool and the wi fi was an great bonus. The house was generally clean but could benefit from a good detail cleaning. The owner was very responsive and excellent to work with.

This home is a wonderful place to spend a girls weekend or a trip for the whole family. There is plenty of room to spread out and yet enough activities such as the swimming pool, jacuzzi, pool table and games to bring everyone back together again. We travel from the Midwest to Florida 2 -3 times a year and always do rental homes for our accommodations. This home will definitely be in our top 3! The owner responds to all emails and works hard to ensure your trip is relaxing! (He even taught me how to use Paypal!) Thanks so much for a great place and wonderful memories!

A Magical New Year!!

This home was just what we needed for our trip this holiday season. We had 8 adults and 2 children (and a baby) and the home fit our needs to perfection. My son is a LEGO fanatic - we were pleased that the location was close to Disney and Sea World - but also close to Legoland!!! After having a not so pleasant experience with another listing - we found the entire process relaxing and friendly. The home owner seemed genuinely interested in whether or not we were happy and had a good stay. We would stay at this location again and again. Very close to grocery and shops - it was clean and big!! The area was very safe and very quiet. Thank you again!!

A fabulous Florida villa

We haven't long returned from staying at the Florida villa for 3 weeks. It was fabulous. Very spacious and very well equipped for all our families needs. The master suite is HUGE. There is a telly in every bedroom which our children loved. The hot tub is fantasic and the pool area was nice to have at the end of each boiling hot day. The pool table was an added bonas and was loved by all. It was even lovely to have access to the internet for free so we could keep an eye on the news back home. The area is very close to everything but nice and quiet and very private. We would recommend this villa and would 100% stay there again on our return to the World of Disney.

Fantastic Villa

The villa was wonderful. It was very clean, spacious and well stocked. The location was great as it was near the parks, grocery stores, Super Target and restaurants, yet far enough removed to be peaceful and relaxing. The main floor bedroom was great for my brother, who has trouble with the stairs and often requires the use of a wheelchair. There were seven of us in total (5 adutls, 2 kids) so it was great to have as much space as we did. The kids absolutely loved the pool and I loved the hot tub. We also loved the fact that we could park the car in the garage and that a garage door opener was provided for our use. The owner was easy to work with and always answered our emails immediately. We had no problems whatsoever. I would definitely stay here again and will be recommending the villa to family and friends.

Perfect Holiday Retreat

We have just returned from a fabulous 2 week stay at this wonderful home.It far exceeded our expectations and had ample space for 5 adults and 2 teenagers without feeling we were on top of each other. It is perfectly placed for Disney and about 30 mins from Universal and Seaworld. there are Publix and Walmart supermarkets close by and shopping Malls within easy reach. It was lovely to come back to the pool and jacuzzi after a long day in the parks.James, thank you for letting us enjoy your home, we would have no hesitation in recommending to family and friends and hope to return soon

Five mickey ears

With Disney just miles away this was a perfect place for our romp through the Disney parks. The afternoon we arrived brought tornado warnings and hard rain, but we had plenty to do inside the house. The next day brought storms also but we ventured out and scoured the malls and gift shops for treasures. Upon returning to the house we enjoyed the heated swimming pool and a home cooked meal. We never felt cramped in the house with 8 adults and 3 kids...room for everyone. It was nice to have the washer and dryer for the bathing suits and towels, plus we appreciated the use of a baby crib and high chair. The listing description and pictures were right on...no surprises! Everything was in great condition and the property manager called to check on us and was open to answering questions. We would surely rent this home again...we rate it Five Mickey Ears!!!!!

Excellent Villa

We have been visiting the Orlando area for quite some time and this villa is by far the best we have stayed at. The villa is very spacious and never felt crowded even with 8 in our group. The location is great too. Although Disney is only about 15 minutes away, the villa felt far removed from the busy tourist areas. There are 3 Publix grocery stores and a Super Target nearby. There's also a Walmart but we avoid those as much as possible. There is also plenty of additional shopping as well as numerous great restaurants in the area too. One feature of the villa we really loved is a bathroom located adjacent to the pool. No need to track water into the kitchen. We would definitely rent this villa again.

Excellent Villa

We just spent a fabulous week at this villa. We were 5 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of room for everyone. This villa is nicely appointed and decorated. The pool/spa was very much enjoyed each and everyday we were there. My two 4 yr old grandaughters thoroughly enjoyed the daily ice cream truck that stopped in front of the house everyday. Unlike a lot of homes where the garage is used as a games room, this villa's games room is located inside the house and the double car garage is where we kept our vehicles complete with garage door opener. All attractions and access to freeways are nearby making it a breeze to get too. The owner is extremely helpfull and very easy to communicate with. I would have no hesitations whatsoever staying at this villa again in the future.

We stayed in the house for 12 nights starting feb 17 2011. The accommodation was a big surprise. We choose this house based on the information on internet and it was a hit. We were 6 adults and 3 children.There is so much space for everybody that living is simple, the pool was a daily party for the kids(and grown-ups). Communication with the owner and the management on the spot went smooth. We informed our friends and told enthusiastic stories about our holiday. We will recommend this place to everybody. René.

We had the privilege of staying at the Villa for a long weekend and wished it was much longer. It's such a beautiful spacious house with very nice furnishings, very clean and extremely well cared for. We absoutely enjoyed every minute we had staying there. As far as convenience, the villa is minutes away from popular shopping areas, grocery stores, and only fifteen minutes from all the Disney Parks. The management was also very kind and helpful to us and made sure we were comfortable. Because of the numerous bedrooms and extra bathrooms, it's a perfect setup for a vacation getaway for a large family. We are already making plans to bring all our kids next time we come.

Everything about this villa was perfect. We spent the week at Disney and it was so easy to get to. Stores and restaurants were so close as well. The villa was very spacious and SO clean. The pictures on this website don't truly show how big it is. There were enough towels for the whole family and the washer/dryer was an added bonus. We will definitely be making another trip to Orlando soon!

Halloween Spooktacular

We have just returned after spending 17 nights at this fantastic home from home. Upon our arrival the villa was absolutely spotless and, just as advertised, all you needed was your toothbrush. The furniture provided was extremely comfortable, lovely welcoming beds - which you certainly need after hitting all those parks - and the pool is just heavenly! Our 6 year old spent many hours splashing around and certainly made full use of it! If you feel the need to launder your clothes, everything is provided for you. Very easy to use equipment which washes very quickly. Drying is also very quick in the massive tumble dryer. I cannot recommend this home highly enough and, having visted Florida many times over the past 13 years, this if by far one of the very best. Make an enquiry and place your booking - you will not be disappointed! Abundance of shopping is available within a very close proximity and the neighbourhood is quiet but friendly and very helpful. Whilst you are not on the doorstep of the themeparks, you are only a very quick hop down the 192 - something we prefer, you do become theme parked out believe me.

The Retreat - very aptly named!!

We had the best holiday and this villa is amazing so spacious..This house is the perfect location and size for our trip we had 6 adults and 2 young children and there was plently of room for us all. The computer was a godsend and we regulary checked parks times etc also to have a very good TV in each room was excellent. The kitchen is very well equipped and the oven once worked out how to use was very useful. The swimming pool was brilliant as was the jacuzzi, the pool is totally fenced off and very safe for the children and all doors leading out are alarmed so go off if opened to alert you if any children try to escape. Their is all a very useful washing room which we made total use of and all the furniture is modern a comfortable. The location is very good just down the road from a major supermarket and only bout 20 minutes drive from all the parks. I wish anyone staying here as wonderful a holiday as we had.

I cannot praise this house too highly. It is very large and beautifully decorated. When we arrived it was spotless and we had no problems with anything during our stay. The pool and lania were very well maintained with the jacuzzi being perfect after a long day in the theme parks. It is in a perfect location with all the main attractions within easy reach. I have already recommended this villa to friends visiting Orlando next year.

I must say that this accommodation more than meet our requirement. Even the small rooms are spacious. It’s very clean and tidy as depicted in the up-to-date photos. Our family set up was, a couple with 1 child, a couple with 3 children and me with 1 child. the children aged from 2 - 17 With cable TV a swimming pool, games, a computer with internet access and a pool table, we were all catered for. The kitchen was well presented with all the utensils we required. We also got take-away meals from the local restaurants. We didn't have any problems but for general inquiries and information we rang the management team, and they were more than helpful. It was great to know that after a full day out at Disney/ Universal etc. you were coming back to a first rate home from home. I highly recommend this crib. We all loved it Thank you.

What a fantastic home! We felt very blessed and pampered our entire week in your beautiful home, James. We brought our 2 married children and their children (9 total) and to a person we were reluctant to leave at the end of the week. Since we were three families traveling together, we truly loved having three master suites. We took in Kennedy Space Center, Disney Parks, Cocoa Beach and always enjoyed coming back to a beautifully relaxing home. The pool was a true highlight. Our vacation was made even better by staying at this home! We a large, extended family, including grandparents, parents, kids. Everyone loved the home. From the teenagers playing billiards to the littest one swimming in the pool to the grown-ups relaxing in the refreshing spa. There was room for all and nobody ever felt crowded. The home was clean, equipped with everything we needed - preparing meals, pool toys, towels. They even had some extra beach towels that came in very handy. Some very nice art work and decor has been added since the pics on VRBO were taken and they really kick it up a notch. Very nice! The pictures on VRBO do not do this home justice - you will NOT be disappointed! We have a wonderful stay at this villa. The day we check in there was a problem with the telephone line and I used my cel phone to call the villa´s manager and he went to the villa in few minutes to check what the problem was, and give close follow-up until the situation was resolve. The villa is beautiful and ample, and the areas are huge, we love the kitchen and the family room, and the kids enjoy the pool table at all time while in the villa. The swimming pool was incredible as well and on those warm days we stayed we enjoy it a lot. We recommend this villa to you all.

We absolutely loved staying at your wonderful villa. It is a cliché but it was like a home from home. Our party of 5 adults and 4 kids were easily accommodated and just loved all the amenities at our fingertips. We were extremely surprised at how big the villa was. Once we walked in we realized we made a great choice. The Villa had everything we needed. The pool area was very relaxing and inviting. After a full day at the parks it was nice to come back and relax in the jacuzzi. It is very close to Disney and there are many stores near by. This was a great experience for my family.

3/5 – 3/12/2010 – This beautiful home was shared by a group of college baseball & softball parents to watch our teams’ pre-season games in central FL tournaments. The home layout is great, bedroom and bath combinations worked out well. Extra special features include the pool, Jacuzzi, and game room! The central location made the villa a great home base for all of us, close to all the Orlando sports fields, Disney, and other area attractions!

03/13/10-03/18/10 This villa is beautiful. It is in the perfect location- 15 minutes or less to Disney but away from all of the traffic. My family enjoyed the games room and the ice cream truck that came by each evening. This villa is the perfect place to relax after a busy day at the parks.

21/12/09 to 01/01/10 Xmas & New Year Stay - WOW, what a huge house. Villa was absolutely fabulous. Master Bedroom was awesome. Kitchen and Family Lounge were excellent. So enjoyed playing pool in the games room and using the PC to keep in touch back in the UK. Would definitely recommend this villa to anybody visiting Orlando for a family holiday.

The house and pool are fabulous, we all had a wonderful stay during Easter 2009. Everything we needed was readily available in the house, the weather was fantastic and Disney is so easy to get to. We recommend the water parks - great relaxation for the adults when you have a 14-day Disney pass and excitable kids. The house is incredibly spacious, with lots to do to keep everyone happy. There is an abundance of shopping and eating out locations very close and the neighborhood is really quiet. Thanks for a great base for our holiday, we would recommend to our friends, and we already have flights booked for our next trip

The house was great. Just as described and met every expectation. It was beautiful and well cared for. We really enjoyed our time at the house and at Disney. Again, it was great!! We had the best week. We appreciate every thing you did to get us in that house
