Oklaloosa Island is located on Florida's World Famous Emerald Coast and is a beautiful vacation venue that boasts the most gorgeous beaches in the continental US. It's buildings are only 7 stories high and therefore the beaches are less crowded and more enjoyable.
Pelican Isle's building was completed in 2003 and is one of the newer larger buildings on the island. This unit is located on the first floor and has a parking garage underneath so it realistically sits on the second floor and is elevated enough to have spectacular views. It has also recently been updated with new decor and amenities galore.
Come and enjoy dinner on the balcony that overlooks a tropical garden area, pool and ocean if you want to dine in...or experience dinner out at the many local restaurants...you can also drive a short distance and dine in Downtown Destin which has many upscale restaurants.
Enjoy the sleep you will get on our 400 thread ct. all cotton linens and pillow-top mattresses. All bathrooms have wall mounted hair dryers, so feel free to leave yours at home. Enjoy the softness of the spa grade towels and travel size complimentary shampoos and soaps. Just in case you forget to pack your own.

My husband and I spent a wonderful week in this condo and will definitely rent again. Very nicely decorated and clean. The best bed in the master bedroom ever!! I did not want to leave. This condo has everything you will ever need. Furnishings were superior!!!

My husband and I along with our 3 sons ages 8,6 and 3 stayed in this condo from memorial weekend to the following weekend. We had a wonderful time. The condo is just as beautiful as it looks in the pictures, and was perfectly clean when we arrived!!!! The kitchen was very well stocked and the view was breathtaking, everything was perfect!!! While we were there we of course enjoyed the beach, but we also took a day and went to big kahunas water park. It's GREAt for the older kids but if you have a smaller child you may want to consider something different!!! Our 3 year old could do very little there:( On another day we went snorkeling with the company DESTIN SNORKEL..it was great!!!! They let you out in very shallow water so it is literally something all ages can enjoy!!!! As far as food goes, we really didnt have a bad meal..but of course we went to our favorite Mcguires Irish Pub!!!! The food there is GREAT, but a little costly! If you decide to go just a tip its never under $100.00 for our family of 5, and 3 of those eat off of the kids menu lol but its worth it obviously, we go back every year!!!!! Our stay in this condo was GREAT, we couldnt have as for anything more! We will definatly be calling kimberley again soon. Thanks for welcoming us into your home..We had The Perfect family Vacation!

This is a great condo on the beach close enough to anything one would want and at much less crowded beach than the ones in Destin. We were the the harbor walk a the Destin Pass in less than 10 minutes. We have been vactioning in Destin for 15 years now many times more than once a year and this was my first stay on Okaloosa Island and it was much better than we could have ever imagined. The beaches there are much less crowded yet your still in the same area for all attractions. Also the big plus is there is no road to cross from condo to the beach.....this unit is on the SAND!!! Huge plus in our book. The Condo was as specified, all amenites as listed, nice bed, big kitchen, living area, balcony and most important.....Clean and updated!! We had a great week, spent a full day on a pontoon rental at crab island, I spent several mornings at Kelly Plantation golf course and Indian Bayou, and took a trip with some friends on a 14 hour fishing charter the last Saturday, and we ate at some of our favorite restaraunts we have been hitting for years, including Staff's in FWB.....gotta go there every year! Thanks again for a great week and we will be returning....

I have rented this condo twice. Once for family and another time for a 'girlfriend get-away. Such a beautiful condo with the ocean right outside. Sitting on the balcony at night listening to the ocean and enjoying a glass of wine was so relaxing. Having coffee there in the mornings was delightful. The beach was so nice during the day and also the pool. The condo is so well equipped. Can't wait for another trip here. Kimberly is the best to deal with.

We just spent a much needed vacation at this condo and loved it! Kimberly has it so well stocked and the furnishings are very much like our home. Very, very comfortable and just so nice; a cut above the rest. I have been to Okaloosa Island many times and this is the nicest condo yet. The beach service was a nice extra and the weather was just perfect! We saw dolphins playing, fed the seagulls (on the beach, of course), saw gorgeous sunsets, enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We had a wonderful time. There are great restaurants in the area. High Tide, Magnolia Grill (in Ft Walton) and Back Porch (in Destin) are really good. Sexton's Fish House, in Destin, has fresh fish daily. We made a few trips there and cooked dinner in the condo's well stocked kitchen. Thanks, Kimberly, for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo and for being so easy to work with. We love Okaloosa Island and really enjoyed our vacation. Can't wait to return! The only negative was, we ran out of time!! We highly recommend this condo and plan to frequent it as much as possible.

FABULOUS vacation! We were so comfortable in the Rascoe condo. Very clean and spacious with great decor and furnishings. Love the leather sofa and loveseat. It just felt like home. We look forward to visiting again soon.

What a great place to vacation! This condo is so well equipped, everything you could possibly need. So beautifully furnished and decorated. The perfect family getaway, lots of fun things to do close by and still able to enjoy a family type beach feel vs. the overly populated beaches. We loved the beach service of chairs and umbrella, making us feel so pampered. Beautiful clear water, white sandy beaches. And to top it off, making arrangements with Kim was so easy. She was such a pleasure to deal with. Who could ask for more? More vacations here is all that you will want. Thank you Kim and family for sharing your condo with us!
