We really enjoyed our stay in this condo, it was near the beach and the pool was really nice. The condo was roomy, had a great view of the beach and it was close enough to hear the waves pounding the shore. The location was within walking distance to the Hang Out and other attractions. The beaches are beautiful, water was clear and the weather was perfect. Overall a great stay, we loved every minute we were there and can't wait to come back next year.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Brought my two high school age daughters for Spring Break and we all had a blast. The location is great! Close to everything while being far enough away from the crowds. And the beach is not crowded and just beautiful! The pool is clean and a great size. The owner is a pleasure to deal with. I liked the fact that it was a townhouse and I could get up in the morning and do my thing while not waking the sleeping teenagers upstairs. Would return in a heartbeat!!

Had a great time here with my family at the very end of 2008, a nice quiet time on the Alabama Gulf coast. We stayed in #38, enjoyed the views, and found it to be just what we needed. It's great to just walk right out onto the beach, and take just one short flight of stairs from the carport to the unit. We cooked dinners and the kitchen was well equipped. The unit was quiet and we enjoyed going to sleep with the sound of the surf; it may not be quite so peaceful during the high season though. Great location right near the "T" and I recommend it highly. The owner is a pleasure to deal with,and better prices than going through an agency.

We stayed in the #38 October 5 thru 8, 2008 and loved it. It was like being at home. The townhouse was nice and it was great being right on the beach. It was very windy the few days we were there and so the pool came in handy. The owner was very nice and was there to help with any questions and concerns which means a lot to me. Would recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed in unit 38 the last week of March. We had an amazing time. The townhouse makes you feel like you are at the beach in your own house- not in a zillion story building. The beach was great and uncrowded. The pool was a hit with our child. It was a blissful vacation. Thanks so much!

Unit #27 - We stayed here August 2007 and had a nice vacation. The seaweed was very bad this year though and we could hardly go in the ocean, but the pool was so nice! This unit is great for taking the baby monitor to the pool, too! (although unit 38 has the best view!) Landscaping is great & the beach is so close. The best part is that the Owner of this unit is one of the nicest I have ever dealt with.

We stayed at this condo July 23- July 30. We stay in Gulf Shores every year and we had the BEST time staying here. It was our first time using a condo that was rented by owner. We will be using it again if at all possible. The view was great,the kids had a blast!!!

We stayed at Gulfside Townhomes, #38, for the week of March 20-27 and absolutely loved it. It is very spacious for a family of four and the oceanviews are spectacular! The condo was very clean and looks recently remodeled. The dining area, living room, and bedrooms are very roomy. The price was excellent. We would definitely recommend this to anyone who is considering visiting the Gulf Shores area.

We stayed in this unit Thanksgiving week, 2003 and had a great time. The townhouse has all you could ask for and more. The ocean view from every room was wonderful. Lots of privacy and convenient to everything in Gulf Shores. We hope we can rent this same unit again next year. Would highly recommend.

Excellant value. We loved being able to walk out the door onto the beach with no elevators to contend with. Having the private covered parking was also a blessing. We intend to stay again next year
