Just got back yesterday with my family from staying at this INCREDIBLE! townhouse. This was our first time doing a vacation rental over a hotel and after this stay, I will never stay in a hotel on vacation again. We couldn't have picked a better place. There is a lot of room that anyone with kids or a large family have plenty of living space (way better than a 1-room hotel).This house comes with every amenity you need to live which was great and saved us a lot of money also. It's located just a street over from Garnet Ave, which makes it perfect for both single people who are looking for that PB night scene and for families also because you can walk to all the restaurants or to the beach (also you cannot hear all the hustle and bustle from the street crowd at night from the house which is a plus). This place is in a great location for people looking to see some attractions too. It only took us about 10-15min to get to places like the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Balboa Park etc.....I would highly recommend this property to friends or family and anyone looking for a vacation spot in the San Diego area.

Before November I had never been to San Diego so was unsure about location and basically guessed where a good place to spend four months would be. I couldn’t be happier that I ended up staying at this property. The location was perfect for being able to walk/run to the beach, go out to eat, go to the bars at night, or get onto I-5 for work every morning. The townhouse is on a nice quiet street so there was no point during my stay that I was woken up at night or disturbed by any outside noise. The living room and extra bedroom were awesome for when my friends and family visited. Even when I had a large group of friends in town I never felt the place was too small. The rooftop hot tub also proved to be very enjoyable, especially during the cold nights or rainy days. I had several other friends from work staying in PB during the same time period and I strongly believe I had the nicest place of all of them. Even with how nice the townhouse was the best part of my stay was dealing with Ava and Brian. Anytime I needed something or had a question they were quick to respond and did whatever they could to help me. I strongly encourage renting this property and promise you will not regret it. Unfortunately I believe I will be forced to stay in a hotel during my future trips to San Diego but if the opportunity presents itself I will definitely try to stay at this property again.

Perfect rental for a romantic getaway!

We absolutely loved staying at this town home! The property is beautiful, incredibly clean, very quiet, and tastefully decorated. It has everything you could possibly want from tons of beach towels, to all the cooking implements you need to make the perfect dinner. We debated between this rental and one on the beach and are so glad we picked this one - the rooftop hot tub is the perfect way to cap off a day at the beach as the temperature cools off. We enjoyed walking to the beach and all the restaurants and shops in the immediate area. The split level bedroom plan (one bedroom on the 1st floor, and one on the 3rd floor) gives great privacy for 2 couples vacationing together. Ava is incredibly helpful and professional - she went out of her way to return items to us that we had accidentally left behind. I highly recommend this rental!

This is a wonderful property, everything that we needed was there. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, saran wrap....unbelievable....I've been to properties that only gave us 4 towels but the house slept 10... The house was very clean and well kept. We enjoyed ourselves very much. We would be happy to stay there again. Thanks Ava for such a wonderful property...

I recently stayed at this condo for a girls getaway weekend and could not have asked for anything better! The condo was new, clean, and well decorated and the owner was wonderful to work with. We had 6 people and plenty of room to sleep and get ready (3 bathrooms). I would definitely recommend this condo and hope to stay again in the future. We walked to the beaches and restaurants and enjoyed the private hot tub!

Wow! I don't know where to start. Staying in this condo made me want to move to San Diego for good. I stayed for 4 days with 2 friends, it was a guys trip. We drove from Arizona and for me the best part of the trip was that I didn't use my car until the day that we left. We will definitley be back in the future. Ava and Brian made everything so easy and simple. Anytime I needed anything they were both quick to respond to any small request. The only downside will be that you will not want to leave. I am already planning my next trip there as I type this. cheers

We had a wonderful experience in this beautiful property. I found the photos and listing gave an accurate reflection. It was everything we expected. My husband and I were joined by our 2 adult children for most of the stay, and a few other family members were with us for visits during the day. It was a great place to have a family dinner, etc. Everyone loved the property. Ava was very helpful, and responded quickly to questions. It was a great location as stores, restaurants, the beach and bay were all within walking distance. Also close to airport and Petco park. We look forward to another visit someday. We fell in love with the Pacific Beach area.

This place exceeded our expectations. Wonderfully furnished with a lot of extra touches that were appreciated. The property was clean, conveniently located and the entire rental process was very smooth and easy. Rooftop hottub was a huge plus - great views!

This is a great townhouse in a great location! As other people have commented, it's a block or two from the grocery store and walking distance to the bars, restaurants, etc. on Garnet Ave. Speaking of which, we went to Margo's Mexican Grill on Garnet twice! Delicious Mexican food, walking distance from the townhouse... can't beat it. We also walked down to the park by the Bay and could have walked the ~10 blocks to the beach/Ocean, but ended up driving due to time constraints. Our group was a reunion of college friends, and we had a great time. The hot tub was especially nice on the roof. We loved the BBQ and big screen TV + movie collection as well! Everything was nicely decorated/maintained and the location was quiet. I wanted to specifically mention the personalized entry code for the door... I thought that was a great feature, as we didn't have to worry about keys etc. every time we left. Ava was very professional and easy to work with. She gave us an early check-in which we definitely appreciated! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and relatives! The only bit of advice I have to offer future renters is to stop by the townhouse first before going grocery shopping! I made the mistake of trying to save time by picking up groceries on my way from the airport, and ended up buying a bunch of things that they already had (olive oil, balsamic vinegar, condiments, Bisquick, syrup, etc.). The good news for everyone else is that we left all of our extra stuff there! It looked like others before us had done the same thing... pay it forward!

Fabulous location

this place was a perfect place for our family of teenagers through young age. kitchen had everything we needed and the grocery store and many other stores were in very close walking distance. It was very clean and Ava was by far the easiest person to work with, she was great at answering all questions quickly and honestly. Even with our large suburban we had plenty of room to park which in this area can be a problem. Would use this townhome in future if return to area. Would not recommend if have problems with stairs because there is alot of stair walking.

My husband and I, my son & his girlfriend (Phoenix) and my daughter and her fiance (Kansas City) stayed in this rental eight days and really enjoyed it. We were primarily in town to plan a wedding for next May. The location was great. It was a short stroll or bike ride to the ocean, one block from major street where there is a grocery store, several places to eat,etc. Place was clean, bright and comfortable. Hot tub on the roof was great especially at night looking up at the stars (note: you can't see anything while in the HT except the sky, but during summer it would probably be great for the fireworks from Sea World) . Ava was great to work with. She responds to e-mails very quickly so if you have questions she will get right back to you. Would recommend it to everyone, except those that can't do stairs, and we would definitely stay here on a return trip. Thanks Ava for the special welcome gift when we arrived we enjoyed it. Our family of 5 really enjoyed staying in this townhouse for our San Diego vacation. The townhouse was very spacious and extremely clean. The neighborhood was quiet, but we were close to the beach, restaurants, and grocery/drug stores. Easy access to the freeway to attractions such as Sea World, the zoo, and the Embarcadero. Ava was very friendly and professional, provided good suggestions for restaurants, and was prompt to respond to questions. I would recommend this townhouse to family and friends.

You will not be disappointed. We enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. Has everything advertised and more. I did alot of searching and I believe you won't find a nicer stay for you money. It's location makes everything easy to get to, close to the beach, restaurants, and grocery/drug stores. Very clean and great location

We stayed almost a week and the location was perfect for us in February. Close enough to the beach and close to I-5. We liked this location because it was central to all the things we wanted to do- Coronado, Old town, downtown, other beaches. Probably only 15 to 20 minutes to any location unless in rush hour. Nicely decorated and perfect if you want your own space as there are two master bedrooms with baths on the 1st and 3rd floor and the kitchen on the second. Ideal for families who need space or privacy. Especially liked the hot tub off the deck on the roof. Private and relaxing after sightseeing. Walking distance to grocery, drug store, restaurants.

Amazing Beach House

This property is great. The photos do not do this property justice! You really have to see for yourself. The private jacuzzi on the roof is awesome. Great living room set up if you want to stay in and relax by the fireplace. Separate bedroom areas; great if two couples want to get away together. Full kitchen with absolutely everything and anything you can think of. Access to WiFi, full laundry area complete with iron. Grocery store and great dining within walking distance. The location was great! We walked to Starbucks and then to the beach and back in the morning. It was amazing. We stayed there in November and caught some rain and it was still amazing. We can not wait to go back during the summer months. The owners were nothing but helpful and a pleasure to do "business" with. I would definitely recommend that you choose this property!!!

This rental has it all...an owner who is helpful, great location, very, very clean, and a great floorplan for a family or a romantic getaway. Ava is very professional and maintains a spotless condo. The condo is stocked with everything for a worry free stay. The location is in the heart of Pacific Beach. The hot tub is a great bonus, and the fireworks can be seen from it! The property was amazing. The unit was very clean and well kept, not to mention well stocked with every amenity you could ask for. Being located on a quiet residential street, the property allowed my friends and I to relax and enjoy our break in peace. It is, however, located very close to the main street (Garnet Ave) in PB, which was a huge plus. We were able to walk comfortably to and from many restaurants, bars, markets, and coffee shops. I found it easy to just spend a lot of time in the house itself and enjoy everything it had to offer. The rooftop jacuzzi was a great place to hang out at any time during the day and be with friends. Ava was a great help as well. She answered all of our questions and was able to point us in the direction of a few hot spots in town. There is a grocery store that's only a 2 minute walk out of the door, next to a pharmacy and a starbuck's.

We had a wonderful week in Pacific Beach! Our teenage boys really enjoyed the beach and the hot tub and ALL the movie dvd's! We enjoyed the fact that they had their own bathroom. The condo was well equipped for us to cook and relax after being out during the day. Everything was very clean and Ava was great to work with.
