Our house is situated not far away from the centre Siófok in a calm area, 800 m from the beach. Close to our house there are excellent culinary possibilities for favourable prices. (200-500 m), to grocers shop 100 m. The centre of the city with many program offers is easy from here to reach. Our holiday house is suitable first of all for families with children. Only the garden with the pool are common for the guests. Our attractive, double holiday house will be air-conditioned starting from summer 2003 and has 9 x 4 m swimming pool (with solar heating!!!) with sun terraces in the garden. There is parking in the garden. There is a terrace with garden furniture, a grill corner, a sand box, and Sat TV at the disposal.

Holiday home: 30 square meters for 2-4 people. This holiday home consists of two air-conditioned (only on first floor), elegantly furnished living spaces located adjacent to one another. Ground floor: kitchenette (enough kitchen utensils for the number of guests, electric hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave) with dining area, covered terrace with garden furniture. Upper floor: Bedroom, television with digital satellite and cable connection. Solar heated swimming pool, solar heated paddling pool, play area (with swings, slides and sand pit) and two barbecue areas are in the garden. There is one car parking space in the yard. Pets not permitted.

The holiday house has own terrace with garden furniture (table with 2 banks) before the house, 1 car parking place is beside the house in the garden. The Swimming pool is 9x4m large, 1,1-1,7m deep. The pool is solar heated. Beside the pool there is an outdoor shower with sunboyler. For our small guests there are a solar heated kid's pool with waterslide, children's playground (with swing, chute and sand box). The kid's pool is 2x4,5 m large, 0,2-0,6m deep and it is also solar heated. 2 grill corners are available in the nice large garden. The swimming pool, the kid's pool, the children's playground and the grill corners are common for all guests. wir waren das erste mal mit enkel im urlaub und es war das richtige . die ausstattung des kleinen hauses reichte uns denn draussen war alles was wir brauchten .eine grosse wiese ein super pool für den kleinen und einen grossen für uns.auch unsere vermieter waren sehr freundlich und kompetent in allen fragen.immer wieder.

Wir fahren morgen (leider) wieder fort. Es war eine schoene, absolut erholsame Woche. Das Ferienhaus ist gemuetlich, sauber, mit allem Komfort, technisch alles super! Wir wurden sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Obwohl wir nur das kleine Ferienhaus gebucht hatte, bot man uns das groessere zum gleichen Preis an (ich bin etwas korpulenter)... Das war gleich ein super-Eindruck. Das Grundstueck ist abgeschlossen, mit einem eisernen Rolltor. Die Strasse ist eine Sackstrasse, also absolut ruhig. Der Strand und die Hauptstrasse sind nah. aber alles ist sehr ruhig und erholsam. Wir bekamen kostenlos einen WLAN-Anschluss und konnten uns prima beschaeftigen. Besonders loben wollen wir den gepflegten Arten und den sauberen Swimmingpool. Danke an die super-netten Vemieter, wir koennen das hier alles nur besten Gewissens und waermstens weiterempfehlen.

Additional information about rental rates:

Final cleaning: 20 Euro; Visitor’s tax: 1.50 Euro per person and per day (payable by adults between 18 and 70 years old). The final cleaning has been cancelled by the Hungarian community. The prices are inclusive: water, gas, electricity, pool between 01.05 and 30.09 (solar heated), children basin between 01.05 and 30.09 (solar heated), cooking possibilities, linen. The air conditioning and the heating need to be paid extra. The security deposit is: 50 Euro per house. You will receive the key only after you pay the deposit. This amount would be paid back at the end of your stay. We might charge you only if we notice any damages or if you lose the key. Upon request, you can use the central heating and the air conditioning for a certain price. We will charge you for gas and electricity, according to usage. Check-in: on the day of arrival: after 3 p.m. Check-out: on the day of departure: until 10 a.m. The prices are referential. Please fill in the registration form.

Our guests can book the house only for the given maximum number of people. The extra beds are both for adults and for children. Cleaning and linen change take place only upon guest change. Linen is at your disposal. For longer stays, the linen will be change every 2 weeks, or upon request, for a small charge. Please respect the rules of the house and leave the house in the same condition you found it. We can give you further information upon booking. The guests can check in after 3 p.m., on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the house needs to be in good condition and left by 10 a.m.

A reservation goes very fast, if I get it in writing. I will answer it also in writing and ask approx.. to transfer 20% in advance. Terms of payment: 20% of the rent are payable with the reservation, remainder inclusive cure tax by arrival in cash (EUR).
