Beautiful 1000 sq ft. 2 BR 1 BA riverfront condo is now available as an affordable vacation rental alternative. We are located in the Charlotte Park neighborhood of Nashville. It's a modest community on the Cumberland River but has magnificent views. Watch the riverboats, barges, herons and wildlife from your bedroom windows or private balcony.
Fabulous sunsets! It's so peaceful that it's hard to believe you're only an easy 10 minute commute to everything... downtown attractions, Sommet Center, Music Row & Vanderbilt. Many Nashvillian's don't even know this place exists! Boat launch and marina are right next door. The new Nashville West shopping center is less than one mile away.
The condo is beautiful with new Italian tile floors and hardwoods & an all new kitchen and bath. BR's have comfortable beds and a twin air mattress is also available. Pool on-site, lots of parking.

Absolutely perfect, easy to find, and easy to get around Nashville. The condo was fabulous, very clean and the perfect size for three or four. The owner could not have been any nicer and was willing to help in any way she could. Inside decor was great and if you like Country music, you will love what is hanging on the walls. I just can't say enough about how perfect this rental was. Can't wait to go back !!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

We had the pleasure of staying here during our most recent trip to Nashville and we found the place to be clean, easy to get to and peaceful. We enjoyed the ability to look out over the river, to hear the birds and to watch the barges go up and down the river. The amenities are as stated, and it is always nice to be able to stay someplace other than a hotel when staying for any length of time. We enjoyed being able to have dinner in and not feel like we had to eat out everynight. Stores are close by and downtown Nashville is but a shor drive away.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This was our second time staying at this condo. Both times were problem free! Cynda was very helpful and accomodating! Couldn't ask for a better experience! Will definetely stay again and recommend to any traveling to Nasville! The condo was just as the pictures show! very clean,comfortable,spacious, & cozy. Owner was very helpful in all aspects ! Plenty of eateries in close proximity, definitely recommend b-b-q from Nick & Jim's, I think, on Charlotte Pike next to Bojangles. Plenty of shopping as well. Unfortunately, temps were well into the 100's while we visited, other than that absolutely no complaints !!! Awesome fireworks for the July 4th celebration downtown. I was also impressed by the flow of traffic on interstate systems, never ran into a jam the whole week we were there. The condo we stayed was decorated beautifully inside with the owner's husband's art. Everything you needed for a stay whether short or long was provided. It was also very quiet. Just a mile down the road were several restaurants and a Target to pick up the things you needed. Cynda (the owner) was awesome. She was very helpful and understanding. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone staying in Nashville.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this waterfron condo on the Cumberland River in Nashville, TN. It was exceptionally nice, even nicer tha some condos we have stayed in on the Gulf Coast. Everything was as the owners said it would be. It was very easy to get around Nashville from the condo and it was in a very quiet and peaceful area. We had a very relaxing visit and when visiting Nashville again, will certainly plan to stay in this condo again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

About the owner: My husband (that's him in the pic!) and i love waterfront living... whether it's an ocean or a creek we find ourselves drawn to it. River front housing in Nashville is a very rare commodity and we feel lucky to have such a great spot on the Cumberland. The location is right across the river from Bell's Bend Nature Center which makes the view beyond the river as beautiful as the river itself.
Why the Owner Chose Nashville:
While renovating the condo we followed the antics of 4 Blue Heron who are nesting very close by... we watched baby birds hatching in the tree 5 feet away and marveled at the size of the hawks who glide down the river. The river itself is fascinating too. Everyday you see fisherman, pleasure boats and boats pushing barges that are as big as skyscrapers. We ended up loving this location so much that we converted it to a vacation rental so that we could use it too!
