Welcome to 729 Sandpiper Place!
Our beautiful vacation cottage is located within the Sandestin Resort,a premier vacation destination on Florida's Emerald Coast. Sandestin is seven miles east of Destin and is midway between Pensacola and Panama City. The 2400-acre resort has seven miles of waterfront on both the Gulf and Choctawatchee Bay and is world famous for its sugar-white sand beaches and emerald water.
Our spacious three bedroom cottage overlooks one of the beautifully lush golf courses on the resort. The master bedroom suite includes a queen-size bed and features a bathroom with a separate shower and sink area. The other two bedrooms are appointed with a queen-size bed and two twin beds.
The beautifully furnished home has plenty of room, high ceilings with fans, ceramic-tile floors, all the luxuries a guest should expect in a high-end home. The cottage is decorated in a casual homey style that will make our guests feel at home rather than feel the uncomfortable seclusion of a hotel room.
Sandpiper Village is located adjacent to the resort's new Village of Baytown Wharf. Modeled after a southern fishing village, Baytown Wharf has shopping, restaurants, and nightlife and many activities for families and is within easy walking distance. New this year is Grand Boulevard, a beautifully layed out collection of restaurants and shops which include, P F Changs and Lorado's Mexican Grill. Also at Grand Boulevard you'll find Victoria's Secret, Tommy Bahama and many other specialty shops and restaurants. Just up the road from the resort you'll find the southeast's largest designer outlet mall, Silver Sands, so leave some time for shopping.
Our neighborhood offers a pool that is just up the street within walking distance.
A tram service is availabe to take you anywhere on the resort. Guests may choose to play golf on one of Sandestin's four courses, enjoy water sports at the beach or at the marina, or just relax at one of the many selections of pools. Children can take part in the junior tennis, golf, and sailing programs as well as the KidZone and Kids' Night Out programs which provide parents with quiet time alone.

Summer....... May 28-Aug 12.. $1100/week.
Late Summer ..Aug 13-oct 29 .. $1000/week.
Winter ...... Oct 30-Mar 04... $ 850/week $1200 month.
Three-Night Minimum Stay. All Weekly Rates do INCLUDE Taxes. Must be 25 or older.
Refundable Security Deposit of $300 & Cleaning Fee of $90 is required.
A 2 week Cancellation is required or you will be subject to losing you r deposit.

) Maria, I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your house at Sandestin. Everything was so nice, clean and convenient. We had lots of room and enjoyed every minute. As I mentioned, our daughter and her family stayed right behind us at the Bayou Village. The children cut across the golf course to visit. That was really fun. One thing we all especially enjoyed was seeing a mother and baby racoon in the two palm trees right outside the front door. We would not have known they were there, but one night we were standing in the driveway and the baby fell out of the tree. The mother came down and picked him up and took him back. We were on a "racoon watch" the rest of the trip. We have lots of great memories. Thanks so much, Jane
