Why the Owner Chose Sunrise Beach
Within driving distance of our home and yet it feels a million miles away. Fabulous water park within 10 miles for the kids and great shopping at the outlet mall. We have family in the area but our management company has other properties in the vicinity making this a wonderful retreat for those annual reunions.
The Unique Benefits of this House
To enjoy the personal dock and such immediate access to the lake is wonderful. Huge sliding doors from the two lakefront bedrooms open to large deck offering great views of the lake. We love to take a drive over the community bridge into Osage Beach and have breakfast at 'On the Rise' bakery - such friendly staff who are now like family.
