The Inn at Summerwind is located in Navarre Beach, Florida (8 miles east of Pensacola Beach & 20 miles west of Fort Walton Beach) on the beautiful island of Santa Roas on the "Emerald Coast" of the Gulf of Mexico.

Our 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom condominium is located on the 13th floor with a panoramic ocean view. Begin your stress relief journey by relaxing on the balcony. The contemporary decor is designed with soothing colors and a resort style that leaves you with a touch of class and all the comforts of home. The Summerwind resort is a luxury high rise property. Our condo is located at the Inn Building (East), one of three buildings that make up the resort. Three pools-one heated, hot tubs, exercise room, gas grills! Everything you need for the perfect beach get away.
Summerwind is conveniently located for access to jogging/walkway trails, fishing, water sports, the Navarre Beach State Park & the Gulf Islands National Seashore. The perfect location for a "no crowd" atmosphere yet enough activities in the proximity to keep boredom away.

My wife & I purchased our condo at the Summerwind Resort in Navarre because we love the area. The finest beaches in Florida are on the Gulf Coast with emerald green seas, white soft sandy beaches, plenty of shopping, good food, and entertainment for the family close by.
Why the Owner Chose Navarre
We chose to buy our unit at the Summerwind Resort because of the "no crowd" atmosphere. The unit floor plans are spacious & comfortable. The Resort itself has all the amenities we looked for in a vacation spot, and the view from the thirteenth floor is absolutely amazing!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Relaxing contemporary atmosphere. Excellent golfing, fishing, beaches and the kids adore it!

My husband and I rented this beautfully decorated condo August 6-13, and brought my 80 year old mom with us. You know the saying "leave your stresses at the door", well, you really do as soon as you enter this oasis! If you are looking for an escape, look no further. This is an ocean front unit, and the Navarre Fishing Pier is directly to the right, and therefore within walking distance. You can rent fishing rods, and fish right off the pier. This is not your average pier! The resort pool and hot tub were amazing. There were kids, but very well behaved. As for the owner,he is amazing. I had to call him because I locked myself out of the unit....make sure your spouse keeps the key on him at all times! The owner was very nice and reassured me everything would be fine. He gave me instructions, and I was back in our condo within 10 minutes! Our family will be return customers.
