This unique house sits all alone on a stretch of land in Amagansett were the ocean and the bay almost collide. The area is called the Napeague Stretch and it is a haven for outdoor enthusiast. The finest ocean beach is just 1/4 mile walk to the south and the Napeague Bay can be seen out every window. The "Hampton jitney" stops right next door by "Espo's Surf". The famous "Cyril's Fish House" is within walking distance.
So after a long day at the beach this is the place to stop by for a few drinks. The best part of the house is the outdoor space and the views. From the upper deck you can see both the ocean and the bay. The train to Montauk runs by the house and can be seen rolling along from a mile away down the preservation land of "Hither Hills State Park.
The huge upper and lower deck provide or great entertaining. There is also 6 person outdoor spa. So after the beach and Cyril's you can relax in the spa and watch the moon come up. You won't have to worry about neighbors so you can play your music as loud as you like.
