When we first arrived the refridgerator was not cold. We turned down the temperature but after a few hours it was still at room temp. We notified the appropriate persons and were told that a maintance person would be out within an hour. Maintainance never came that night and we were told they would be there first thing the next morning. By then it had begun to cool but some food had to be thrown out. Maintenance never called or showed until much later. Which was fine because there was also a light out in the laundry room. After correcting the light and the fridge was cooling, everything was PERFECT! Location is perfect, view is perfect! Then while my 2 year old was napping, the smoke alarms start blaring for no reason randomly. Eventually they go off after a few minutes and then begin chirping. We were instructed to take them down and remove the batteries until maintenance could come the next day to replace them. They didn't come for 2 more days. Replaced them while we were out and we returned to chirping. They immediately returned this time and took them back down and we were told that they would be back to replace the detectors the next day. They never returned while we were there.

A Great Place to Stay

I was pleased to find that the property was exactly like the photos. It is well-kept and clean. The decor is contemporary and pleasant. It was really cold, but the view was spectacular from the sofa or the master bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. Originally we wanted to stay where our friends were further down the beach, but the rates and accommodations were much better in this Ocean Reef property. I was so happy that we were able to book it.

The unit was exactly as advertised. Very nice condo and excellent location. Fabulous view of the ocean and beach. We would recommend it as a great vacation retreat if you are looking to be right on the beach and near many other amenities.

Great View of Ocean and Sunset

We really enjoyed this condo. Close to restraunts and good times. Good communication with owner. Amenities and advertisement was accurate. Unit was clean and modern decor. We were there for Thunder Beach Motorcycle Rally and we were not far from the activities. A+ - Will consider this property on future Note: No 24 hour concierge. Not normally an issue, however, when we arrived our reserved parking space was occupied by someone else. No one at property to assist our tell us where to park. A call to the owner helped remedy this situation immediately. For future visitors who trailer bikes - there is overflow parking directly acrross the street from condo. Trailers can be parked here with no issues and this was verified thru on site maintenance.

We visited in September 2012, after Labor Day, for a friend’s son’s wedding that my wife and I decided to turn into a weeklong vacation. This condo was perfect and the owner was very professional, courteous, and prompt. It comes equipped with everything, from wine glasses, flat screen TV’s and DVD/Blu-ray players, all you’ll need is wine, food, DVD’s, and laundry detergent. We plan on renting this same unit, if available, next year. Great find!

The condo was great and the facilities were well maintained as described but the beach chairs and umbrellas are beyond use. That was not that big of a deal, but would have appreciated the heads up before renting that construction of some type was going on that woke us every morning well before most people want to wake and you could forget that afternoon nap while on vacation. I had to pack up and leave 2 days early because of the noise but not sure if owners even new of this before hand but something I will definately be asking in the future and when it says no check-in before 4 it means exactly that not 3:30 not 3:59. Overall it was a good trip would stay again when the construction is finished.

Condo was great. Very clean. Weather on the other hand was not. We ended up leaving a day early simply because it had rained everyday we were there for a week. We have never seen so much rain. Wish we could have taken it back to Illinois with us. My only dislike of the condo was the showers. The shower heads had NO pressure. Everything else was wonderful. Very clean nicely decorated and very comfortable. Oh yes it was very quite. I was worred about being on the 23rd floor and the elevator but no problems what so ever. Thanks for a wonderful Stay. Fantastic condo! The view is breathtaking. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay. The place is clean,nicely decorated and comfortable. The property management is wonderful and attentive. You will not be disappointed at this condo.

This was a perfect place for our first visit to Panama City Beach. Everything was exactly as depicted on the listing. We arrived during Tropical Storm Debby and the owner's local contact was helpful in providing reassurance and recommendations, since this was our first experience with a tropical storm. We had a small plumbing concern late in the week. I texted the owner, who called me promptly, and had a plumber there later in the day to take care of the problem.

Nothing short of amazing!

I'm not sure how I was able to find such a gem! My parents and husband left it to me to find our housing for a 5 day vacation and this was perfect. The 2 king beds, each with there own bath were both well decorated and SOOO CLEAN! I had plenty of room to put my daughters pack-and-play and be able to walk around. I find being places other then my home makes me uncomfortable but I actually found this place welcoming and inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed to fix our breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The laundry/ storage room was a great and well stocked. Brooms, vacuum, mop, etc... There were plenty of chairs and an umbrella and the best part is that there was a cart to tote everything to the beach. People were not only envious of the cart but that it was in our condo for our own use.We even added a chair to the storage room so that people after us can enjoy sitting at the beautiful beach as much as we did. Loved having a parking spot near the elevator and the parking across the street convenient and very accessible. Close to shops and restaurants. I will keep this condo on file so that if we decide to come back to PCB, I will try to rent this place again. Thanks for helping me make this vacation a stress-free success! Restaurants to try: Captain Jack's, Sharky's, and Tacky Jacks. Short drive to Publix and Walmart.

Our weeks stay at Ocean Reef was wonderful. The accomodation were beautiful and looked just as we had expected it would be from the pictures . The condo was very clean and very comfortable. The parking in the garage was great and so handy.Our family thoroughly enjoyed all the amennities. It was so beautiful looking out at the Gulf and watching the sunsets at night. It was great having the beach chairs with umbrella furnished in the condo. Everything was just great. The week flew by too fast. We hated to leave. Paula was great to work with and most helpful. I would highly recommend the condo to anyone and would also return for another vacation.

Amazing wildlife

The information provided by the property owner was complete and helpful. The unit was clean and well decorated. The most amazing part of our stay on the 23rd floor was the view of the clear ocean water and the diversity of marine life we saw passing by below us. During our stay we saw numerous sting rays playing in the surf, sand sharks cruising the shallows for fish (not dangerous as they would purposely avoid the people in the water). We saw pilot fish and even watched a manatee slowly swim East about 20 yards off the beach. We spent lots of time on the deck enjoying the view. The pool and hot tub were also well maintained with plenty of deck lounge chairs to use. The only reason we didn't rate the place with five stars was the king bed has tired coil springs that pop when you roll over and wasn't the most comfortable. Easy fix and minor inconvenience. We will be returning the next time we go to Florida.

Your condo is beautiful and in a great location. Very clean and well maintained. . Everything we needed was there. Loved the white sand beach, the beautiful sunsets and the dolphins we saw from the balcony.

Spacious, clean, modern, convenient...love the Ocean Reef location, and this unit is great! Two king beds are a plus, and the unit next door, a four bedroom, is also available, so it's terrific for family get togethers. Loved it!

My family had a GREAT time at this condo! It is everything it says! The decor is amazing and most of all it was clean! Threre are chairs and umbrellas available for the beach - which was great because we didn't have to bring those down! The location in close to Pier Park and very well located to other attractions!

Great view of the Gulf. The balcony is private and very large! Enjoyed sitting/laying out on the beaches. A short drive from Rosemary Beach and Seaside! It was a great getaway and splendid vacation!! In fact, I proposed to my fiance there! :) Will be visiting again!!

This unit was completely flawless! We enjoyed a quiet vacation with unexpected attention from the rental company. They called to check on us and were available for any questions we had. Never had such a smooth rental in all of our travels. We even had an early check in and was able to take advantage of a few extra hours.

I was so excited to visit the gulf this year and staying in such a nice condo made the trip that much more wonderful! The view was amazing, and we loved how clean the condo was! We loved the high ceilings and how spacious the unit was. My favorite part was the large balcony. It's where I began and ended each day! The washer and dryer came very in handy! There were even a few beach chairs and a couple umbrellas to bring to the beach each day! Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful condo! I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the area! The beach wasn't too crowded like in front of the other hotels, and close enough to great golf courses and dining in the area!

What a wonderful place to spend a vacation! We just returned from a week in your condo and it was just what we needed! The decor was so beautiful and the furniture so comfortable. It was also great to have umbrellas and chairs to take to the beach. The balcony is HUGE and we even dined outside, in the evening. I am sure that we will return to Ocean Reef and definitely rent from you again. What a view!!

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was extremely large, clean and decorated beautifully. Being on the 23rd floor, it was quiet and the sound of the ocean waves in the morning were so peaceful! Also, this condo is close to everything, but sits in an area on the beach that gives one seclusion and privacy. We would recommend this condo to everyone for a fun stay on a beautiful beach!

Incredible views, fabulous unit. The complex is not surrounded by high rises thus a less crowded beach. We hope to return in 2010.
