  We spent Labor Day weekend at this condo and what a condo it is. Great view, easy access to the pool and so very clean. We have never stayed at a condo that was so neat and clean, even my husband mentioned this. Boy, was that a shock! Each bedroom was furnished great, plenty of room for our children. The kitchen was equiped and stocked with enough dishes, bowls and cooking utensils for our families vacation. Dealing with Lewis at Seastarvacations was a pleasure and it was easy to get into the condo with the keyless entry code that they provided us with. We cannot wait to get back to Okaloosa Island next summer!

  We stayed here for 4 nights (09/08/12 - 09/12/12). Overall we had a pleasant stay, despite the housekeeping issues that urgently need to be addressed: PROS: 1. Condo is spacious. Great floor plan 2. First floor location a plus, no elevator is needed 3. Covered parking! 4. Access to pool and beach from the balcony very convenient 5. Beautifully decorated with quality furniture and furnishings. A+ 6. Nice flat screen TVs (except for bunkroom, needs upgrade) 7. Excellent balcony furniture that sits high enough for you to see over the railing 8. Well maintained building and grounds. A/C worked great 9. Enjoyed the basket full of reading materials 10. Welcome binder has lots of good info 11. Location next to the Tom Thumb store can't be beat 12. Beach service was included in rental. Attendant friendly & efficient 13. Great view of gorgeous beach 14. Keyless entry with timed code. No driving to separate location for check-in 15. Plenty of cleaning supplies provided as well as a vacuum cleaner and broom/dust pan. CONS: Housekeeping is definitely an issue. Obvious that none of the floors were swept or mopped prior to our arrival. I swept up as much filth as I could and then sprayed disinfectant. Disgusting way to begin a vacation. 1. Black hair all over the bunk bathroom floor and tub 2. Black hair all over the hall bathroom floor and tub 3. Throw rugs in hall bathroom and bunk bathroom were filthy. Visible dirt and black hairs 4. Several forks/spoons in the kitchen drawers had crusted food on them 5. Black mold in master shower 6. Shower enclosure in master bath was obviously not cleaned. Dirt, smudges, etc. 7. Dirt and hairs in master tub 8. Ceiling fan in bunk room did not work 9. Wi-fi signal is weak, had to re-boot several times 10. Queen bed mattress in master bedroom very hard, uncomfortable 11. Twin bed mattresses also hard, uncomfortable. 12. Pots/pans, etc. in kitchen completely unorganized, hodge podge of old worn out stuff. No pot big enough to cook spaghetti for family 13. Need more bowls for cereal, salad, ice cream 14. Need plastic cups/bowls for children 15. The stove top is simply a joke. Foil covered drip pans? Really? 17. Pool toy closet is a wreck, full of sand and dirty throw rugs 18. No privacy on balcony. People have to travel the walkup directly in front of you to reach the pool and beach (you give up privacy for quick and convenient access to pool & beach) Would've given 4 stars if clean.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.
