The upper level has a spacious open great room with dining and kitchen area with lots of windows over looking the lake. Enjoy those morning cups of coffee or evening BBQ's out on the large deck over looking the lake. It is the perfect place to enjoy the Friday night "Rock the Dock" live music concerts and the fireworks which take place just after the concerts. Concerts run from June 12th thru Labor day weekend.
The upper level has four bedrooms and 2 baths, plus laundry area.
The lower level has three more bedrooms and 2 baths. This level opens up onto a large patio with an outdoor shower and to the pathway to your private boat dock.
This home is located within a very short distance to the Pines Village, where you will find a grocery store, antique shops, art gallery, post office, bakery, gift shop and restaurant.
Be sure and take a boat ride over to Miller's Landing for one of their fabulous cheeseburgers and famous milkshakes from their restaurant and ice cream fountain. They also have a grocery store and Laundromat, and they carry a complete line of fishing equipment. Check out the full service marina with ski boat, patio boat & jet ski rentals.
Bass Lake is located approximately 16 miles from the southern entrance to Yosemite National Park. A great afternoon trip to the Yosemite Mountain Sugar Pine Railroad to take a ride back in time on the steam engine train is well worth the trip.
