There are 4 bedrooms, including two separate master bedrooms: one with a king Westin Heavenly Bed and an extra large bathroom with a soaking tub & separate shower; the second also has a king bed and bath. Two additional bedrooms each have twin beds. In addition to the 42” TV in the great room, there are TV/DVDs in the living room and in 3 bedrooms. High speed wireless Internet is provided. Ceiling fans throughout the house along with central air provide a cool and relaxing environment. Enjoy the view of fountain and pond from the screened-in porch. Walk to state-of-the-art clubhouse with indoor/outdoor pools, sauna, exercise and game rooms.
Located in Bayside at Bethany Lakes, a new Toll Brothers Resort community, we are a 5-minute drive from the beautiful and relaxing town of Bethany Beach. Free beach shuttle is available on weekends, and metered parking is available. It's only 10 minutes to the Delaware Seashore State Park beach which has restrooms, showers, snack bar, umbrella rentals, and life guard. Highlights of the area are the quiet beaches, outdoor water and land activities including state and national recreation areas, golf and tennis, and fantastic biking trails. Shopping includes everything from boutiques to extensive nearby Delaware outlet malls. Many restaurants - casual and gourmet, beach boardwalks, miniature golf, movie theaters, outdoor concerts, water slides, and amusement parks are nearby.
