'3 By the Sea' This property is one of a kind with the ability to sleep 18 people. The first house is detached, renovated in 2008 and offers 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. It features a deck, farmers porch, granite counters, outdoor shower and laundry. The other two houses were just built in 2008. Attached by a two car garage, these 2 bedroom, 2 bath and 3 bedroom, 2 bath homes have it all; central air, granite counters, stainless appliances, full basements, and beautiful mahogany decks to dine on. A must visit summer rental for multiple families that at the end of the day, want their own space to relax.
Eastham is a great town to vacation in on Cape Cod. With the town only being a couple of miles wide, you are not far from the Bay or Ocean. The Bay is great for children as it is typically warmer, less crowded, has smaller waves and offers great walking/exploring flats at low tide. The Bay is an easy walk from this rental property and the Ocean is only a couple minute drive or short bike ride away. Close by is the Wellfleet drive-in with the infamous flea market by day and movie by night, a must visit. Provincetown is only a 20-30 min. drive away and a great place to book a Whale Watch. There are several festivals that occur in Eastham and the surrounding towns throughout the year. Also close by are numerous hiking trails and the great National Seashore.

What a wonderful place!

We rented the place for a surprise Bday party for my husband. 4 couples were joining us later. I was ready for the worst in terms of weather, but the gods smiled at us. After downpour on Thursday am and Sat. am, it cleared up during the day. We spent hours on the beach, building castles, playing Frisbee, collecting dead things (crabs and other things!). I fixed the bike left behind by previous owner and had a wonderful ride to First Encounter Beach with the kids. On Friday, after a lovely meal at Karoo Café (South African) in Ptown, we headed back home where all our friends were waiting for us in the darkness of our bathroom. We roasted marshmallows around the fire and looked at the stars until late at night. It was just so relaxing! The distance to the beach, the layout of the houses and the ground were simply perfect. We had all our meals outside, not a single mosquito ever came close, while at home we would have been eaten alive. Not sure why, but we really enjoyed your bug-free backyard! My husband will keep memorable memories for his 50th birthday! Anyway, it would not have been as much fun without your welcoming visit and your fantastic properties, clean, adorable and functional. Everybody agreed that we should do it again. So count us on hopefully soon enough. Thank you Brianna!
Owner response:We are so happy to hear that you all such a great time and that the SUPRISE went as planned. We would love to see you all again soon! -Brianna

We were 14 in all, ranging from septuagenarian grandparents to a 5-month old, and we all had a wonderful time. There was plenty of space for everyone, the houses were well equipped for adults and children, and the nearby bay beach was a favorite with everyone. The "pavilion", with its picnic tables, made it possible for us to eat together every night, and the six lively children had plenty of play space. We very much look forward to coming again.

This place has everything you could possibly need for a large family or friends getaway! It’s near the ocean, golf, and various other amenities. It has everything you could possibly need, down to the huge outdoor gazebo, volleyball court, outdoor grills, bar, and even outdoor mini-chairs for the kids!! We went for three days with 4 families and had more than enough space. Brianna is great to deal with and took the time to show us the ins and outs of the houses. Overall, it was a very impressive place and we had a great time! Hopefully we will get back there soon!

Three-by-the-Sea was the perfect place for our large group to stay. The 3 houses are all clean, well-stocked, and nicely decorated. It was great to have the owners nearby. Brianna met us at the property when we arrived, showed us around, and offered suggestions on restaurants and beaches. The property has a large play area and a newly built covered stone patio with a bar area and several picnic tables. It's the perfect gathering spot for group dinners, even in the rain. My son loved the extra child's bedroom in the detached 2 bedroom home. It's a cute little room with a built-in twin bed, shelves, and a window. I really liked the location of the property. It's near some of the nicest beaches on the cape, near the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and not far from Chatham or Provincetown. It's also really close to the Wellfleet Drive-In Movie Theater which we really enjoyed. I would absolutely stay at 3-by-the-Sea again or recommend the property to a friend.

The pictures don't even do this property justice! We were shocked at all the ammenities, the decore, cleanliness, and overall beauty of the property....it exceeded our expectations! We had 10 adults and 7 children stay at 3 By the Sea for a week...it was absolutely perfect! Fun for everyone and very safe children. The property had a lot of extras that you typically don't get with a rental...a beautiful garden that you could pick fresh vegetables, 3 grills, volleyball court, horse shoes, toys for the kids and a large yard. The best part was all of us sitting around the fire at night in the adirondack chairs. If you have a large group and you want to be walking distance to the beach you couldn't pick a more perfect rental. The owners of the property were very nice and great to work with! We will definitely stay here again!

This was a great option for us to get the cozy cape cod cottage experience but still being able to sleep all 18 of us. There are three homes all on one property with a huge yard for horseshoes, volleyball, etc. It was only a short walk to one beach and short drive to one of the nicest beaches on the cape. Owners were close by in case we needed anything but the homes were well equipped and ready for us. The description is accurate, most of the property is new so it's in perfect shape, the owner is fast and friendly to respond to questions, and this is a great area of the cape to relax. There was a driving range nearby where I put in some practice before going to a course in Brewster. Plenty of places to eat. I would gladly recommend to a friend.
