This is a new, luxury, condominium directly on St Pete Beach. It is the only unit that is independently managed to ensure exceptional cleaning, luxury towels and linens, excellent customer service, grocery service, and a special gift. This particular unit in the building has the BEST COMBINATION OF FLOOR PLAN AND GULF VIEW available. It has a double balcony off the living room and master bedroom which overlooks the gorgeous, white, sandy beach and an inviting pool and hot tub. The second bedroom is private, with its own door which many other units do not have. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are open and spacious with lots of light. We just redecorated the 2nd bedroom to have 2 twin beds and a flat screen tv with dvd player. Additionally, we just replaced the queen bed in the master bedroom with a high quality king mattress set. We purchased luxury linens and pillows for added comfort. A floor plan can be emailed to you upon request.
The unit is fully furnished, professionally decorated, and maintained to pristine standards. It has a fully-equipped spacious kitchen and two full baths, all of which have beautiful, granite countertops. The main living area has beautiful, beige tile and the master bedroom has a textured designer carpet. There is a second private bedroom which has 2 twin beds and a comfortable queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The large dining area is situated between the living and kitchen areas. The unit is 750 sq ft plus the balcony.
The condominium is located on the exclusive St. Pete Beach. Directly out the condominium is a quiet, peaceful, beach area. Walking the beach to the south is the beautiful and historical Don Cesar Hotel, where you can enjoy a nice lunch, dinner, or ice cream. On the walk there you will pass a great, outdoor, beach bar/restaurant and volleyball.
Walking the beach to the north is a beach rental place for all kinds of activities. We recommend the parasailing. It is a safe and unforgettable experience where you will see some exceptional views.
There are many fabulous restaurants and bars, including the famous Hurricane, which are only a short bike ride or drive away. Busch Gardens Amusement Park, great museums, and excellent shopping are all nearby. Disney World is just a 2 hour drive.
With our unit ONLY, you can enjoy the PERSONAL TOUCH (not a rental management company) of a privately-managed beach condominium. We may be able to offer early check-in or late check-out depending on our guest schedule. Since we live nearby and visit the unit often, we have added some items which make it a comfortable beach retreat for monthly stays. We spent a glorious four days in your lovely, very clean condo. We appreciate all the efforts you have made to make it feel like home. We have run out of time and aren't anywhere ready to leave this place! The weather was great! We saw beautiful sunsets, had great walks on the beach, and our granddaughter loved the pool, hot tub, and surf. Well-we all did. We hope to return again soon!

I found some great fighting conchs on the beach and my husband found the Pinellas Trail one of the best bike trails ever. He rode the entire trail and had a great time. Thanks Again!
