The finished walk out basement has two bedrooms, each with private access to the outdoors and views of the lake and fountain. Main kitchen features SubZero, Thermador 6 burner gas cooktop, double Bosch ovens, deep dish sink, wine refrigerator, desk, seating for 10, adjoining hearth room with stone gas fireplace and access to back deck. Formal great room with gas fireplace and access to deck. Formal dining room. First floor office with printer and copier. Laundry room has full size front loading washer/dryer. Basement also features kitchen with stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, & microwave. Home theatre in basement with 110" screen. We are a Lexington Kentucky couple who want to share our investment home with family's desiring to experience our great city. Located in Lexington's equestrian community of Walnut Grove Estates, the home provides all the ambiance one would expect when visiting the world renowned Horse Capital of the World. We love Lexington. We love it so much, we also LIVE here.

Walnut Grove Estates is located down a scenic country road bordering famous horse farms yet only 4 miles from nationwide I-75 and I-64 bringing approximately 75% of the U.S. population within a days drive. Great walks down scenic Walnut Grove Lane await every evening. A quick ride downtown (9 miles) to a University of Kentucky sporting event is always memorable. A short drive to Cave Run Lake (1/2 hour) satisfies our boating and lake desires. Hiking in Natural Bridge and the Red River Gorge is an hour away and worth the drive. Weekends watching a polo match at the Kentucky Horse Park or a qualifying round for WEG games coming next year. Watching minor league baseball, the Lexington Legends, at sweet Applebees Park or the minor league football, the Lexington Horseman, at Rupp Arena. Attending Keeneland's spring and fall meet. Catching a play at the Opera House.
