  I rented this beautiful home for a golf stag with a group of 8 friends. The place worked out perfectly for us. Everyone basically had their own room, which was nice for everyone to crash in comfort after long days of golfing and watching the NCAA tournament games at night on the huge projection screen in the basement. The kithen was also massive and worked out well for all of our breakfast, lunch and drink supplies to be laid out on the large island. We grilled out one night for dinner on a brand new grill and all the cooking supplies you could imagine can be found in the kitchen. It was a little cold while we were there, but we did take advantage of the deck in the back that looks over a pond to have drinks and discuss our matches for the next day. Everything worked out great, plus Tina and Kerry were very eager to help if we had questions. I was able to text them to get information about where to order dinner one night and they were quick to respond to any other questions we had while we were there. It was really like having a concierge for our trip. I couldn't be happier with our experience and hope to rent from them again in the future.

  This home was a great venue for a quiet family weekend celebrating my parents' 50th anniversary. The kitchen was fabulous and there was plenty of room for us (17) to all gather at meal time. The house has several different sitting areas, so it was easy to find a quiet corner also. I would certainly recomend this property to a friend. It was clean and well maintained and the owner was helpful.

  This was the perfect place for our family to gather in great comfort after the wedding celebrations each day. We had aunts, uncles, neices and nephews, grandparents and us. We never felt crowded, but we got that extra time together.The beds were excellent! It was so much fun to watch the Olympics together in the theater room downstairs. The owners were very gracious and easy to work with.

  The house was perfect for the large group of golfers in town for a boys weekend away. The house was nicely a little off the beaten trail but was only minutes away from the highway and major retail stores. BBQ dinners out on the deck were a hit -- as was the massage chair in front of the big screen in the basement. We found everything we needed in the large kitchen and with enough bedrooms and bathrooms so that we weren't living on top of one another! The home-owners were very friendly and accomodating to all of our needs. Would love to come back for another stay!

  We came to Lexington for the Rolex horse event. Family flew in from Mt, Ca, Ut, Penn, Md and NY. This house was perfect to accommodate so many people. Adults and teenagers. We never felt crowded. The bedrooms were beautiful and there were plenty of baths to all shower and get out the door early. Fantastic kitchen to come back and make big meals. The movie theater was a hit for the tired teens. We would love to rent it again, and highly recommend it to others.

  Very relaxing. Very beautiful home. Centrally located, yet off the beaten path. Very quiet, country charm. Falling asleep at night with the fountain running in the pond was very relaxing. Very well maintained. Does not look like a rental property. It's as though your "visiting family". House is spotless. Plenty of room for everyone. Big Screen TV in lower level was great for everyone to enjoy a movie. Also Plasma TV's in almost all the other rooms. Very large green space outside for younger children. Plenty of room to roam. If you walk down Walnut Grove Rd. where the pavement stops, you might even find a "haunted house" to visit. We did. Couldn't get the wife to go inside? If you are alone in the house, it's size can be intimidating. We like that. It's like being in your own little Mansion. Lexington is a very quaint city. Lots of small shops, yet large malls all around also. Great for shopping. Minutes from the Kentucky Horse Park and Keeneland. Beautiful Horses everywhere. If you have a trip to Kentucky, a family gathering, or just want a guys/girls getaway, this is the place to go. The countryside is just beautiful.

  I must say, the house was perfect for our group of friends. Since most of our events were in the evening, we were able to spend most of the mornings and afternoon's hanging out. We had everything we needed and more! The bedrooms were very quiet, everyone slept very well there. Thank you for making our trip to Lexington a very comfortable one!

  Spectacular spacious home. Great view. Some of the most beautiful decorating I have seen in my entire life. Owners were very responsive when we had questions though nothing ever went wrong. Great for visiting the Kentucky Horse Park. Loved the large entertainment system in the basement!

  Furnishings were so great I felt right at home. Spectacular view. The spacious rooms were most relaxing. Loved the entertainment center in the basement. Lexington was wonderful. The roads were wonderful for exercise. Never before have I been at a home this well decorated. The property was clean and well-maintained both inside and out. Great location for a visit to the horse park. The owner answered any questions we had though there were no problems. I would recommend this to all of my best friends.

  Thank you to Tina & Kerry Ball for the use of your beautiful home. We had a family get-together in Lexington and the house was just perfect. The rooms were large enough for us to all be together but the layout and size afforded privacy when needed. The Balls also offered their help in setting up any outings we wanted to do and gave us guest passes to the Greenbriar CC pool. Thank you so much for everything and I (along with my entire family) recommend their home if you plan to visit Lexington!!
