"The Charismatic" is a 6,900 sq. ft. home with 6 bedrooms, 5.5 baths. Bedrooms include a first floor master suite (king). There are 4 bedrooms on the second level; two have private baths (one is a king, one is a queen), the other two bedrooms (one king and one queen) have private sink areas and share a bath and toilet. The finished walk out basement has one bedroom (king)with private access to the outdoors and views of the lake and fountain. A full bath is also on the lower level with a separate private toilet room. Main kitchen features SubZero, Thermador
6 burner gas cooktop, double Bosch ovens, deep dish sink, wine refrigerator, desk, seating for 10, adjoining hearth room with stone gas fireplace and access to back deck. Formal great room with gas fireplace and access to deck. Formal dining room seats eight. Laundry room has full size washer/dryer. Walk out basement also features stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, & microwave. 4 of the 6 bedrooms have king size mattress, 2 of the bedrooms have queen size mattress. The house was perfect for the large group of golfers in town for a boys weekend away. The house was nicely a little off the beaten trail but was only minutes away from the highway and major retail stores. BBQ dinners out on the deck were a hit -- as was the massage chair in front of the big screen in the basement. We found everything we needed in the large kitchen and with enough bedrooms and bathrooms so that we weren't living on top of one another! The home-owners were very friendly and accomodating to all of our needs. Would love to come back for another stay!

We came to Lexington for the Rolex horse event. Family flew in from Mt, Ca, Ut, Penn, Md and NY. This house was perfect to accommodate so many people. Adults and teenagers. We never felt crowded. The bedrooms were beautiful and there were plenty of baths to all shower and get out the door early. Fantastic kitchen to come back and make big meals. The movie theater was a hit for the tired teens. We would love to rent it again, and highly recommend it to others.

Very relaxing. Very beautiful home. Centrally located, yet off the beaten path. Very quiet, country charm. Falling asleep at night with the fountain running in the pond was very relaxing. Very well maintained. Does not look like a rental property. It's as though your "visiting family". House is spotless. Plenty of room for everyone. Big Screen TV in lower level was great for everyone to enjoy a movie. Also Plasma TV's in almost all the other rooms. Very large green space outside for younger children. Plenty of room to roam. If you walk down Walnut Grove Rd. where the pavement stops, you might even find a "haunted house" to visit. We did. Couldn't get the wife to go inside? If you are alone in the house, it's size can be intimidating. We like that. It's like being in your own little Mansion. Lexington is a very quaint city. Lots of small shops, yet large malls all around also. Great for shopping. Minutes from the Kentucky Horse Park and Keeneland. Beautiful Horses everywhere. If you have a trip to Kentucky, a family gathering, or just want a guys/girls getaway, this is the place to go. The countryside is just beautiful.

I must say, the house was perfect for our group of friends. Since most of our events were in the evening, we were able to spend most of the mornings and afternoon's hanging out. We had everything we needed and more! The bedrooms were very quiet, everyone slept very well there. Thank you for making our trip to Lexington a very comfortable one!

Spectacular spacious home. Great view. Some of the most beautiful decorating I have seen in my entire life. Owners were very responsive when we had questions though nothing ever went wrong. Great for visiting the Kentucky Horse Park. Loved the large entertainment system in the basement!

Furnishings were so great I felt right at home. Spectacular view. The spacious rooms were most relaxing. Loved the entertainment center in the basement. Lexington was wonderful. The roads were wonderful for exercise. Never before have I been at a home this well decorated. The property was clean and well-maintained both inside and out. Great location for a visit to the horse park. The owner answered any questions we had though there were no problems. I would recommend this to all of my best friends.

Thank you to Tina & Kerry Ball for the use of your beautiful home. We had a family get-together in Lexington and the house was just perfect. The rooms were large enough for us to all be together but the layout and size afforded privacy when needed. The Balls also offered their help in setting up any outings we wanted to do and gave us guest passes to the Greenbriar CC pool. Thank you so much for everything and I (along with my entire family) recommend their home if you plan to visit Lexington!!

Our stay at your home was way beyond our expectations! The pictures do not do justice to the property and the home is wonderfully decorated. The amenities make this a very relazing place to stay. Every detail is provided for just just as if you were in your own home. The layout of the home allows not only for a large number of people but provides alot of privacy also. The best part of our visit was provided by the personal attention given to us by Kerry & Tina who not only made us feel at home but also provided us with much local info, They made us feel like part of their family just staying for a family visit! We also met some of the neighbors who extended great hospitality to us. We highly recommend this location for everyone looking to for an exquisite location with special southern hospitality. Do not pass this home or you will miss the true experience of the Bluegrass County. Thanks for the Balls for all their hard work to make our experience possible!

Beautifully furnished and incredibly spacious with plenty of bathrooms. The perfect venue for a family reunion (or a big group of friends). Our two favorite rooms to hang out were the kitchen/dining room and the entertainment-family room in the basement. Owners were very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Four couples vacationed in this fabulous home in a great location to see the sights around that neck of Kentucky. The owners are most gracious and live nearby. Lexington has much to offer and the house has everything to make our stay memorable.
