Great Vistas, great place. Just a half mile walk to downtown Tiburon, the yacht harbor and the ferries. Spaceous dining area easy for all of us to eat together. The kitchen came complete with everything we BBQ'ed downstairs one night. When the deck got a little chilly the kitchen was a comfortable gathering spot as well with the window seats looking out of the large window onto the bay. Visit Angel island, a 10 minute ferry ride that leaves hourly, allow a few hours to explore. There is a tram that goes around the island, also great for hiking or biking, they also rent segways to ride around the island you could make a day of it.

What a treasure! I think I may have found one of the best secrets in the Bay Area! Gorgeous home in Tiburon with BILLION DOLLAR VIEWS... gorgeous amenities, etc etc etc. The attention to detail make this even better... from the fun décor, to the well appointed kitchen and bathroom, to the ever so comfortable beds with more linens than I've ever seen at a rental. Top notch. I can't wait to go back... especially when it's so easy to walk to town, the ferry, etc. Park your car and forget about it and take advantage of all that Tiburon's coolest vacation rental has to offer!! Loved it!!!

You need look no further for the perfect house in Tiburon or Belvedere!! We recently had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home this past weekend. The home is even more amazing in person - large luxurious bedrooms, an open kitchen, all with views to die for and the private property make this an exceptional home for a vacation on the San Francisco Bay. Whether you want to relax by the pool, watch the sail boats while sipping a cocktail the deck or take a long hike/bike ride you will find everything you need right here!!! The town of Tiburon is charming, offering a quiet respite with fine food and boutique shopping. The owners were a pleasure to work with and made the whole rental process perfectly streamlined. Every detail was taken care of in advance and the home immaculate upon our arrival. With all to be said about this lovely place I think the beds and bedding were my favorite! Ok aside from the views! Sandy and Courtney are very gracious hosts! We plan to make this our home every trip we make to the Bay!

This is absolutely amazing house and incredible location. Everything located in down-town of Tiburon is walking distance through the scenery seaside path about 10 min walk. We rented top two bedroom apartment and we loved it! It has huge windows and two glassed balconies with absolutely unforgettable views and a lot of fresh air. The apartment has also number of exciting amenities: Movie Theater, games, grill and heaters outside, nice gas fireplace and conveniently located two exits so you do not need to worry about stairs if you use the back exit which accessible with the stroller. Our kids particularly liked a bed near the window where you can observe San Francisco day and night. We all loved the beautiful gardens – one is on the side balcony and roses and trees everywhere. The Tiburon itself is absolutely cozy town. A lot of restaurants with the attractive prices and views and no tourists! This is a paradise only for you. No one can disturb you on the seaside promenade or during the morning coffee with the delicious pastries and cakes. San Francisco is very easy accessible by ferry from the pier which is 10 min walk, but you need to check the schedule before! It is noticed immediately when you visit the city that SFO is a very busy place. Probably one day is enough to understand that you would like to run away back to Tiburon to this cozy house and never leave it again. Finally you would certainly enjoy the scenery of San Francisco, Angel Island, and Golden Gate Bridge from the glassed balcony even if you prefer to stay inside. We would definitely recommend this place in Tiburon for people who appreciate the luxurious life style in the close proximity to a great city!

We loved everything about our stay! Amazing location, walking distance to Tiburon - quaint town - to the ferries to SF, to Angel island... Splendid views over SF and the Golden Gate bridge, very peaceful while so close to everything. The house was absolutely pristine clean, and amazingly comfortable, including any amenity you could wish for! Sandy gave us a wonderful welcome upon arrival and answered every question we had. She mentioned different restaurants in town, showed us the amazing movie library and board games to use, and she was always a phone call away, while giving us privacy. We loved the complimentary wine bottle to celebrate New Year 2013! In a few words best hosts, best location and best amenities! Fantastic Rental!!

My husband, friends and I have been renting condos and homes for a number of years and can honestly say this is one of the top rentals ever!! The home itself was clean, comfortable, extremely well equipped -- there was nothing else we could have asked for. Sandy was there to greet us with a tour and to answer our questions even tho we had arrived later than expected. Both Sandy and Courtney made us feel right at home. The porches were cozy and comfortable, with fire tables and candles that made us feel warm and comfortable each evening as we enjoyed our wine and took in the spectacular views, and drank our coffee and ate breakfast every morning. We never once said, "Geez - I wish this place had............." because everything was there!!!! It was very hard to leave!!!

We truly enjoyed our stay in Tiburon. The house was fabulous, and the location was perfect for us. There was a ferry directly into San Francisco/Fisherman's Wharf. Napa/Sonoma was only an hour away, and Muir Woods was less than 14 miles. Tiburon is a quiet little town which was nice after the hustle and bustle of San Francisco. It is an easy walk into town. The outside space is fantastic, and everything was top of the line in the house too. We look forward to our next stay.

We found our stay in Tiburon to be exceptional. Courtney was the perfect host, the property was immaculate and the property's view,landscaping and pool were breathtaking. We can't wait to come back next year! We highly recommend Courtney and the Tiburon home.

We recently returned from 9 amazing days in Tiburon. I knew this property was unlikely to disappoint given the excellent reviews, but it still managed to surpass all our expectations and we were 3 generations - in-laws arriving from UK (80s) and children 10 and 13! The position of the house and the views are so wonderful. The landscaping around the house is immaculate and the private pool in a beautiful setting was greatly appreciated by all of us. The house enjoys fantastic views of the Bay of San Francisco and the Golden Gate bridge. The house is extremely well equipped - Sandy has provided everything you could possibly want in the kitchen (and of the highest quality!). It was nice to have oil and vinegar, sugar, coffee etc which are not usually provided. These hosts have thought of everything and make you feel extremely welcome. After leaving Tiburon we stayed in other great places in Yosemite, Lake Tahoe, Santa Barbara and Los Angeles but this little piece of heaven remained our absolute favorite.

I have stayed in this appartment for one week with my whole family: me and my wife, our three young children and my parents. It ist very beautiful, especially the fantastic views of the GG Bridge. The proporty ist very well-maintained and clean. And: My children loved the private pool! Although we arrived late in the evening due to flight conditions, the owner did not hesitate to welcome us personally. We would strongly recommend this property! Our favourite activities/attractions nearby: dinner in "The Caprice", Muir Woods, GG Park, Napa Valley.

This was our first experience renting a vacation home and we could not have picked a better one. We rented the top and bottom units for our family. The pictures do not do it justice... It is absolutely beautiful! Great location for visiting San Francisco and the wine country and Tiburon is a great little town to explore. The house is so comfortable and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The views are amazing, the beds are comfortable and the hosts, Sandy and Courtney, were friendly and helpful. This was a great way to celebrate our retirement...we will be back. Thanks Sandy and Courtney.

The property exceeded our expectations! Its a wonderful place to stay, away from the hustle & bustle of the city but still close to all amenities. The house has fantastic outdoor areas in which to relax and view the bay and Golden Bay Bridge (which by the way IS viewed from all the windows!) The owners could`nt have been more helpful and I have never been in a home so well equipped and prepared for guests. (this is praise indeed as we have done many home exchanges with our family over the years!) Usually we like to eat out a lot, but here, we found it hard to drag ourselves away from the house and so barbequed most evenings. Kitchens are equiped and stocked so well as to satisfy even the most demanding chefs! We had two children in our group and they loved the Candy store and the Toy Shop in Tiburon village. It took us a little while to get used to the ferry transport system......but had it down to a fine art once we got used to it. This was a novelity change from usual public transport systems. All in all, we had a great time and I would highly recommend this property to anyone. I doubt you will find anyplace better.

Sandy and Courtney were very hospitable and perfect hosts. We rented their two bedroom 2nd floor condo and the studio as a weekend get-away gift for our 80-something parents. Although it rained on Saturday and we couldn't enjoy the deck as we had hoped, we were able to enjoy the fabulous views from indoors which are rivaled by none with breathtaking views of Angel Island, Tiburon and San Francisco. We loved watching the boats, yachts and ferries going about their daily excursions. This beautiful and tastefully decorated home is located on a very quiet street. The house is extremely clean and well equipped with everything you need. The high-end kitchen is top notch and has an unbelievable selection of teas, spices, baking goods (flour, sugar etc.), and every dish and utensil you could ever need. We loved using the telescope set up in the kitchen and sitting on the oversized bench overlooking the Bay. The linens and towels were top quality! There is a vast selection of DVD's and games for all ages. The owners were very hospital in answering any and all questions we had. This whole journey has been so pleasurable. Thank you for sharing your perfectly private paradise with us!

Except for the rain, we had a perfect weekend which was a gift to our 80-something parents. Our expectations were more than met. We felt as if we were invited guests of the owners, they were welcoming, hospitable, friendly. The condo was very clean, modern and comfortable. We were in awe of the decor, enjoyed the fireplace and gawked at the views of Angel Island, San Francisco and the Gold Gate Bridge. Simply fabulous. We even had all we needed to and couldn't have asked for more. Thanks to Courtney and Sandy for making a special weekend, the best! The photos don't do this property justice!

The owners are gracious and helpful hosts who have thoughfully filled this home with beautiful decor and high end amenities. The views are stunning from every window and balcony with plenty of space to either come together or escape. An Unforgettable Visit

The descriptions and photographs do not do justice to this magnificent place. Every view, every spot about this property, whether inside or out, is spectacular beyond all expectations. It’s a bit of paradise, really. The kitchen is thoroughly equipped and lacks nothing. There is enough high quality cookware and dishes to please the finest chef. Towels, blankets, napkins and candles are all in place. The entire unit is beautifully decorated. It was during the holiday season that we visited (of course our stay was not long enough). Sandy, Courtney and their son Matt greeted us with a decorated Christmas tree, table ornaments and trays full of cookies and scones on Christmas day. We were made to feel at home in every way. Their hospitality and warmth was truly genuine. We appreciated it immensely. If there were Oscar-type awards for vacation homes, they would win in all categories. My husband and I look forward to our next visit.

Spent several days here with family over Thanksgiving and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. Very comfortable and relaxing environment and the location is terrific. We stayed in the upper level and the studio and both were great. Walking into town is fun, flat, scenic & very easy (maybe 10-15 minutes). Would we do it again? For sure.

I plan to return with my wife. The location is awsome with a 5-10min walk to downtown Tiburon and the Ferry. Kitchen is stocked for a master chef...spices, olive oils, etc. No king bed in the house is the only drawback for couples.

We had a perfect month staying in this wonderful property. Our expectations were more than met. We felt as if we were invited guests of the owners, they were welcoming, hospitable, friendly and very "on the job" for us. The condo was spotless upon our arrival and very well equip with everything one might need . It was very clear a great deal of time and thought had been put into getting this property ready for rental guests. We even had all we needed to entertain friends of ours who live in the area We enjoyed a daily walk along the bay and other beautiful walks in the area, it's proximity to the town of Tiburon makes it very convenient. Having the ferry into the city close by is a real plus. We visited Angel Island, which can be seen from almost every window. We loved our stay and will most definitely return to this special home away from home and will look forward to seeing the Andersons, who own this property.

Had a fantastic time in Tiburon while staying at this fabulous location. The views from the property are incredible. Spent many hours on the patio with a cup of coffee or glass of wine watching the sailboats , cruise ships and seals go by. A comfortable walk to downtown Tiburon which has many fine restaurants and shops. Also took a ferry from there to downtown San Francisco and enjoyed Pier 39, Fisherman's Wharf, Ghiardelli Square, Chinatown and riding the cable cars. Also convenient location for our trips to Napa Valley, Muir Woods and Alcatraz. The residence was immaculate and beautifully furnished. I could see the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco Bay when laying in my bed. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. The owners were very friendly, easy to deal with and offered many good suggestions on things to do in the area.

To summarize our impression of the apartment in one word: GLORIOUS. We are quite accustomed to high level accomodations in Europe, but, without exageration this apartment beats everything we had experienced so far. Not only that it is very comfortable and well kept, but it is very tastefully and luxureously decorated, All facilities necessary to make a stay into a pleasant affair were available. Moreover the view on the Bay of S.F. is unforgettable. The house owners are very pleasant people willing to help whenever necessary. We will certainly recommend this appartment to friends and relations. The only slight drawback is, that to enter the apartment one has to climb a rather steep slope, which may give some difficulties to elderly or handicapped people..

Great place and great location - views from the deck can't be beaten! Great base from which to explore San Francisco and the Bay area - we loved catching the ferry over to Pier 39 - so easy! Owners son helpful on arrival and later re obtaining tickets to a baseball game. House fully equipped with everything you could ever need and totally immaculate The kids appreciated the DVD collection too! Pool fantastic - much fun had!

Fabulous place to stay for holiday and wedding

We wanted to stay in a home on the bay with great views of San Francisco, well we were not disappointed, it is exactly as it looks in the photo's, the views were fantastic from every room, even the daily fog, common we're told in August did not spoil the views. We were a family of seven on a touring holiday in California from the UK. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel really welcome we actually rented the studio for my husband and I and the kids had the house. There was everything you needed one of the kids slept in the sitting room and made full use of the remote control movie screen and projector in his own personal cinema! whilst the girls enjoyed the spa baths. We were married on the balcony overlooking the bay, a perfect setting, we made great use of the heated pool and the fire pit at nights on the balcony as we watched the sun go down and the lights of san Francisco come out. We found it easy enough to find through using google map and the ferry to San francisco was a good alternative to the car, parking in SF down by the piers is cheap compared with the parking ticket we collected whilst parking in the wrong direction on one of SFs many hills! We stayed at several lovely places on our tour but this one will always remain special...we're already talking about returning here to celebrate a wedding anniversary in the future.

Amazing vacation

We stayed for three weeks at this wonderful place, and have nothing but wonderful memories. Sandy and Courtney are delightful hosts and looked after us brilliantly; Matt too was a great help. Nothing was a problem for them and they were always available to help us out and provide great suggestions. The house itself was a joy to stay in and we enjoyed our sundowners overlooking the bay and, in the distance, seeing the lights of San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge. The house was well decorated, clean and extremely well equipped: there were TVs in every room (great for keeping the kids entertained), there were BBQs for outdoor cooking, and there was a kitchen with everything that you could possibly need (and more). The only negative was that we had to leave. Thanks for a great stay and we hope to return one day.

Fantastic view and a wonderful home

We will miss this place and this view now that we are back home in Norway. We were 5 all together and had one on a blow up madress in the living room that worked beautifully. Having breakfast outside while we are watching the San Francisco Bay was a treat . The apartement is beautiful, so was the studio that we got a little peek at. Well equipped kitchen that had all even a chef could want and with a fantastic view from the kitchen. Kids loved the pool. Had nice morning walks in the neighbourhood and stopped for breakfast down in Tiburon on my way home. Downtown is a 10 min walk. Lots happening there on the weekend and on Fridays, all restaurants have their tables outside on the Main street. The owners made us feel very welcome and did their best to make us feel like home. I would love to go back there on my next visit to California. Inger

I can't believe my husband and I have never been to Tiburon before. This VRBO needs to be on the TOP of your 'where to go'......weekend Getaway list! This home and location, location, location........is truly amazing. Our favoite kind of 'long weekend getaway' is when we don't have to drive everywhere. And this place is GREAT for easy walking into town. My husband and I found Tiburon to be a very sweet, picturest little harbor front town, that made us feel like we were in a movie. The views from the house are magical as well as the walk to and from town. The quick, easy and very affordable Ferry ride out to Angel Island made for a perfect end to a perfect Father's Day weekend. I look forward to going again.

We (2 couples) rented this beautiful home with little knowledge of the Tiburon area, and we were more than pleased with our selection. Courtney and Sandy, the owners, were extremely accommodating and made our stay very enjoyable. The home has amazing views, a very welcoming atmosphere and is equipped with everything you could need. It's within walking distance of some great restaurants and a lot of outdoor activities. Tiburon is gorgeous! We enjoyed the home so much that we stayed in most evenings and made our dinner there. Drinking wine out on the porch was the best part. We will definitely be returning here in the near future. You wont be disappointed if you choose to rent this home. I promise!

We rented the house for 2 nights for 6 thirty-something women "Girls Get Away" before our friend got married. We had an amazing time at Sandy and Courtney's home. First off, the home decor was outstanding, beautifully designed. The pool was beautiful. They had a wonderful, fully-stocked kitchen where we made gorgeous dinners. We love the fireplaces and the views. It was close enough to Tiburon to walk into such a quaint town. It was the perfect beautiful get away home.

We had a great weekend in Tiburon! Wonderful views with plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy it at all times of the day/night! And inside, everything was immaculately clean and soooo comfortable! Would definitely recommend this over any hotel!!

This property is the best. Definitely 5 stars. Sandy greeted us warmly and was very helpful in getting us settled in. The apartment was immaculate and tastefully decorated with comfort being the operative word. The kitchen was well equipped, there were plenty of linens, we could see the Golden Gate Bridge from our bed, there was a huge selection of DVDs for our use, the garden was in full bloom and beautiful, and a small shopping center and the ferry to San Fransisco was well with in walking distance. Our cousins from Holland are staying with Sandy and Courtney in September and we have informed them they are in for a huge treat! Definitely we will return the next time we are in S.F.

I spent a weekend here in May with 5 friends (all in our 40's). As all the other reviews attest, it's a perfectly appointed house amazing views. We especially liked the proximaty to the downtown; it was a short, beautiful walk to the small town center. Tiburon itself has a good array of restaruants and shops and has a sunset-ferry-cruise that can't be beat. The owners are kind, positive people who sincerely want you to enjoy their place as much as they do!

We loved this place. It was decorated just like you would want your own home to look. The kitchen was equipped with first class items. It was extremely clean and well maintained. The beds and bedding were so comfortable!!! The view across the bay out the windows was so beautiful as was the landscaping around the house. The bikes were fun to ride down to Tiburon for a cold beer out on the deck! We didn't want to leave. Sandy and Courtney were so friendly and helpful. We want to go back when the pool is open. I would most definitely go back and stay there. It is like no rental I have stayed at before. First Class!

My husband and I moved away from California six years ago. I don't like to vacation in CA because we grew up there. Our son still lives in CA so it is a must that we visit. I can't tell you how much knowing that I have to go stresses me out. On this trip we stayed at Courtney's and Sandy's beautiful place. I saw the pictures on VRBO and didn't expect it to look like the pictures but thougt that it would be nice. When we got there I couldn't believe that the views looked like the pictures. They weren't touched up or taken some place else. That was the view that we got from the studio. However, the pictures taken on the inside didn't capture how warm and beautiful the studio really is. I have been to Hawaii and the San Juan Isands in the last two years and I always can't wait to get back home. This is the first time that I wanted to stay longer. I told my husband that I didn't want to leave, and ever since we have been home I talk about when we can return back to the studio. Thank You to Courtney and Sandy for sharing their wonderful place. Thank You for giving me back my love of where I come from. This is the way that CA is suppose to be seen.

My husband and I celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary in this adorable, cozy, magical, little getaway in Tiburon. The views were spectacular, as promised, and the accommodations were amazing. Every little detail was thought of, and the owners were such gracious hosts. We felt totally taken care of and pampered, and enjoyed every minute of our stay. I would highly recommend this little "Love Nest" to anyone wanting to get away and enjoy a little piece of heaven!

Unbelievable views of Angel Island, City of SF, Golden Gate Bridge. We booked this studio for an escape weekend. It was exactly as described: a cozy studio well equipped, comfortable with great views. The area is a bit hilly and the studio is at the top of a flight of stairs and the bed is high so it could be difficult for elderly. Owners are attentive without being intrusive. There is no balcony but windows open and you almost seem like you are on a balcony. Kitchen is well equipped. With some creativity you can cook nearly anything here. Under counter refrigerator adequate for two days of food. Very clean and well maintained. Pool is down a short path from the studio (which is above a garage). Property is very quiet. Owner is great at providing confirmation and directions. Property is within walking distance of Tiburon. Friday evening yacht races can be seen from the large windows (in season). Short ferry or drive into the city or Muir Woods. The only thing missing was a box of tissues. A great rental! I'd recommend this place again and again.

this studio was all it was cracked up to be. The view and location are even better than the pictures and listing spell out. I feel like we could actually swim it to Angel island it is so close. The owners are excellent hosts. They provided a very welcoming environment while at the same time providing all the privacy that we wanted. Truly a class experience.We will definately be back.

We spent a weekend in September with our daughter and absolutely loved this place! The views are incredible, the studio is super clean and is decorated as well as any place we've stayed. Amenities are top notch and the owners very gracious. Being within walking distance to downtown Tiburon and the ferry to San Francisco is a huge plus. We highly recommend this rental.

This is a fantastic hidden gem. My wife and I had the nicest 2-3 day getaway that we can ever remember at this ideal love nest. The apartment is in the perfect location - - away from the hub bub and quiet but easy walk to the town, the ocean, ferry to S.F., wine country, Angel Island and endless opportunities. Wake to the sound of the tides. It has unforgettable panoramic (nearly 360 degree) views of the Golden Gate, Berkley,the S.F. Skyline etc. It is exquisitely appointed and furnished and there is a wonderful secluded, heated pool too. It has everything. You will never want to leave!

This vacation location is special for many reasons. It's right on the ocean, the mental image of the views will remain with you for the rest of your life. You may be sipping your cappuccino in the morning staring at deer out your window with the Golden Gate and the ocean in the background. There are no major streets or highways near this place, at 8pm you can hear a pin drop across the street. Sleeping with the windows open to let the ocean sounds put you to sleep is just too addicting, be careful there, you eventually will need to leave and you will not be happy about that. My nouns and verbs can't to the views justice, the photo's come close, you just need to see them for yourself. You can go for a walk down to the ferry and hang around the city all day and come back to a totally silent night with your significant other and the ocean. Don't miss this opportunity if it comes your way. This place is the definition of romance, sitting on the front patio sipping a nice wine with some fruit and cheese staring at the sail boats is my favorite. There is a heated pool on the property with a BBQ station so we had a little get together that was amazing...to me, food, wine, and good coffee just taste better there....I envy you already if are planning a visit...you won't be disappointed.
