This is a Studio Condo located in the center of Okaloosa Island. Recently remodeled it has tile throughout, fresh paint, and updated furnishings. The condo was designed to have a Modern Beach Vibe which was successful and flows throughout.
Here you will find that this condo sleeps 4 people comfortably with a pull out Queen Sofa Sleeper and a Queen Size Murphy Bed. There is a small dining table to enjoy morning coffee or a small dinner, all of which can be made in the Kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked, and can accommodate any cook. Though this is a studio there is a separate dressing area and separated bathroom area, both of greater size than usual for a studio. Cable, Internet, and Phone service are included with this condo.
There is a private pool located at the complex, as well as a great Laundry Facility. Also at this complex you have a Private Beach Access which is steps away from your condo. Watch the seagulls walk across the beautiful white sand, as the Emerald Green waters was up on shore? The only thing missing from this Perfect Vacation is YOU!!
