Very large (200 square meters,) 4 bedroom (suites) apartment in a residential building facing the ocean. Only one apartment per floor. Fully equipped kitchen, maid's room, and possibility of maid service. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and air conditioning. Linens are provided.
There is one floor with a pool, barbecue area and kitchen, a party room, and tennis and basketball courts. There is also 24/7 security in the building. No one gets by the security guards.
Parking, a total of 3 spaces, is available in the underground parking garage. Close to restaurants. The Ponta Negra beach is about 15 minutes by car.

Year Purchased: 2004
We love the sun and sand, not to mention the warm temperatures. We had no idea when we were expatriated to Brazil that we would love the country and its people as much as we do. We love discovering new places, and new beaches.
Why the Owner Chose Natal
While on vacation on the northeast coast of Brazil we fell in love with Natal, and it's natural beauty, its dunes, its beaches, its people. A large town, but with a small town feel. Very relaxing. This is our 'retirement' home, but until then we, and you, will have to be content with visiting!
The Unique Benefits of this Apartment
Waking up and seeing the sun shining off of the ocean...just the beginning of the adventure. Enjoy a buggy ride, with or without 'thrills', on the large white sand beaches and dunes. Ride a camel, see the world's largest cashew nut tree. Miles of beaches both north and south of the city. Then there is the food: shrimp, langouste, and mouth watering Brazilian churrasco, made with the finest Brazilian beef. Add a couple of caipirinhas...heaven.
