We currently have a new unit starting July 1st very similar to this unit in the same building. It will be rented monthly only for $3200/month. We could not help it with the huge demand for this unit.
Huge two bedroom (1400 sq feet) with a large private deck all on one level. Walk to Wrigley Field for a Cub's game, Lincoln Park or the train in 5 minutes. The train goes right downtown within 15 minutes (only around $2).
Enjoy the large dining table, in-unit washer/dryer, fireplace, flat screen LCD TV and large bedrooms. Do not forget the garage PARKING space included!
The unit has 2 Queen Beds in each bedroom and one convertible bed in the living room. We have a 3 night minimum in the summer/fall, but if available last minute we may allow 2 nights. We have other rentals in the area as well if you would like to inquire. Thank you!

Very comfortably appointed, with good quality china and appliances, great TV and beds. Within 5 mins walk to Belmont El and the 77 bus outside the door. Journey of about 15 minutes to State Street or Magnificent Mile. A bit noisy - could hear the people walking in the apartment above us. A good stay.
Owner response:In January 2012 we spent a considerable amount of money to fill insulation into the ceiling to prevent noise. It is definitely much better and only a light, common noise in all 3-4 flats apartments in Chicago.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, pet owners, families with teenagers.

We rented this property for over a month and had a great experience. The apartment was extremely clean and easy to maintain. The appliances worked very well. The owner was always available for questions or services (shoveling, repairing the BBQ in a storm). The bedrooms are large with loads of closet space and the bedding very comfortable. The apartment is only a short walk to the Belmont/Sheffield "EL" and also lots of good restaurants and shops. Having a garage space was a huge bonus in the winter, and since this is such a busy area, parking on the street can be a challenge at any time of year. The main draw backs are that the apartment is a third floor walk-up, the tile floors in the apartment above can be noisy, and there is street noise. We felt that the pluses outweighed the minuses and would rent this apartment again.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. It's conveniently located to public transportation and bars/restauraunts/theater. It's a busy area so the garage parking spot definitely comes in handy. Our family had a great time playing games and relaxing in the spacious kitchen/LR/DR area.
