The home is well over 5500 sq ft and has 5 bedrooms plus a study and two additional living areas – A large great room open to the kitchen, overlooking the huge park-like backyard, and a gameroom, upstairs. There is are two king beds, two queens, a twin-over-full bunk, and a sofa sleeper. It features a full chef’s kitchen with 6 burner gas cooktop, 48” built-refrigerator microwave, warming drawer and 30” oven.
It also has a full catering kitchen, complete with double ovens a second dishwasher, cooktop and sink. This house is perfect for relaxation and gatherings for families and small, quite groups, as it is located in a residential neighborhood. Sorry, but due to neighborhood restrictions, we are unable to host weddings, large parties, or groups that need the freedom to "party" without noise/activity restrictions.

We live in Austin not far from our vacation rental. We work in the High Tech and Real Estate markets and think Austin is the greatest city in the world to live in and raise a family. Terri is a native Austinite and Mike has lived here since coming to University of Texas. It is an easy place to fall in love with. There is so much to do and see.
Why the Owner Chose Austin
We love Lake Austin and this property is particularly special. It is truly like being in a park. The backyard is very private, yet you still have access to the lake with a private boatbock and lift on the property. The house itself it the finest in luxury and comfort and perfect for entertaining or relaxing with family.
The Unique Benefits of this Luxury Home
The lake is the best, but it is so comfortable and big with plenty of room for everyone. The yard is huge, one acre, and perfect for football games, family gatherings, etc. It is also covered n huge oak, elm and pecan trees. The house is only 15 to 20 minutes from downtown, so it is an easy trip in for dinner or live music. There are several golf courses within minutes of the home, as well.
