We are located on Brant Lake Route 8, 5 miles from Exit 25 off the Northway. Just 30 minutes away from Lake George, 45 minutes from Saratoga and, 1 hour away from Albany. Wake up and enjoy a cup of coffee by the water. Spend your days sailing, boating, or biking. Or lounge on the 50' of private grassy beach area, swimming, reading a book or fishing off the dock. In the evenings you will witness some of the most spectacular sunsets ever with a panoramic view of the lake. At night enjoy a cup of hot chocolate or a cold glass of wine by the fire or just admire the starlit sky. Park your boat or jet ski on the dock provided during the time spent there.

My name is Charles Slocik and my wife is Angelique. We both purchased the waterfront property 5 years ago and have been going up every summer ever since. It was our little slice of heaven in the peaceful Adirondacks. We were hoping to share this with others and hope they have as good of an experience as we have had.
Why the Owner Chose Brant Lake
I have been going up to this lake since I was born. I learned to waterski here and have had nothing but good childhood memories of this place. When my wife and I were offered a chance to own a piece of this beautiful lake, we jumped at the chance. However, with our busy lifestyles, we have not been able to use the property as much as we would like, so we thought we would like to share this experience with others. As a matter of fact, we even have a booklet there for renters to fill out while they are there to share their experiences with us!
The Unique Benefits of this 3 Season Cottage
A quiet, peaceful, relaxing vacation. When your job is non-stop, you need some downtime, and there is no better place in the world than this place. The view from this lakefront is unbeatable on the lake. As a matter of fact, they used to take the pictures from our beachfront for postcards they used to sell down at the general store.
