This is a garage conversion to studio apartment on 1/4 acre of grassy lawn with full size kitchen, bath, etc. RV hookup (power,water,sewer)is available. Wetlands on one side, woods on another and ocean is one lot away on the other side of the highway with several close beach accesses! If you are looking for a quieter, less populated place but within easy drive of anything and inexpensive in comparison to hotels, this is it!
Note: Queen bed sleeps two adults, a couch (NOT a fold-out) could be used for sleeping a child.
RV hookups are available separately ONLY IF STUDIO IS NOT RENTED, RV site reservation might have to be cancelled or vacated early if studio is reserved.
Re: Pets: Cleaning up after your pet, inside and outside is MANDATORY. If it "slips" inside, clean it up, ALL pet waste MUST be picked up and disposed of in the trash. Please, for your and other guests health and enjoyment be responsible about this.

Why the Owner Chose Yachats
We did not want to be in town, we have a short walk to an uncrowded beach, have a comfortable studio apartment and RV hookups, with all kinds of services and acivities nearby if wanted.
The Unique Benefits at this Studio
Much more private, the beach here is much less crowded and for the same price of a crowded hotel complex room.
Busy with birds, beaver, etc.! Creates a nice "people" buffer with the sights and sounds of "wild things"
This is a stretch of beach that is not used much, great for "communing with your higher power" unmolested as in other areas
