The cottage is on a quiet dead end street, perfect for biking and roller blading. The very private front yard has a gorgeous view of Vermont and the Green Mountains. Stairs from the lawn lead to a stony beach and 45' aluminum dock (in season).
The cottage is clean, bright and fully equipped. It has has 3 bedrooms-1 king, 1 queen, and one twin with trundle, living room has pull out couch. Main living area is air conditioned, bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is a marina nearby.
The small city of Plattsburgh is just 4 miles away, Lake Placid N.Y. is 40 miles, Montreal,Canada is 60 miles and Burlington,Vermont is about 1 hour away by car ferry or road.
