Looking for a lush tropical setting? Come to our island paradise. Enjoy year round fun in the sun or just relax, get away from it all at our oceanfront condo. Island living at its' best. Tropical breezes gently blow the palms at our studio on the beach. Located on the south shore of St. Thomas approximately 20 minutes from the airport by taxi or car. Parking is readily available in front of our building.
Our studio features a queen size bed, walk in closet, shower and tub, AC as well as a ceiling fan, a fully equipped kitchen, table and chairs inside and out plus a deck overlooking the morning sunrise over the ocean accompanied by hummingbirds and bananaquits. Recently we have updated and now the studio unit has the additional option of a lock off bedroom and full bath. If you are interested in our new additional option, please contact us for rates and availablility. Not enought room,our 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit in the same complex has just become available for the summer. Contact us for rates and availability. Long term rentals available.
One of the three pools in the complex is located ocean side just outside our building. Adjacent to our Villa complex is Bolongo Bay Beach Resort, which offers a dive boat, PADI dive shop, catamaran with snorkeling or sunset cruises as well as other water sports rentals. Enjoy beach volleyball, basketball, tennis, snorkeling, swimming or an inviting hammock on the beach for your relaxation pleasure. On site there are three restaurants; Mim's Seaside Bistro(casual and fine dining), Iggie's Beach Bar(very casual and fun) and Lobster Grille(casual and island elegant fine dining).
Lots to see and do on St. Thomas, whether it is historical sightseeing, visiting tourist locations like Coral World, spending time on our beautiful beaches, taking a side trip to St. John or the British Virgin Islands, shopping in our duty free port or just Limmin' (island for relaxing).
RENTAL INFORMATION: Minimum age for primary renter is 25 years old, Non-smoking unit, Pets not allowed, Five night minimum stay, On-site maintenance, and Occupancy 2.
RATES BASED ON SEASON: CHECK OUT OUR NEW SUMMER SPECIAL Jan 09-April 30 High Season Nightly rate $160 per night; May 01-Dec. 19 Summer Season Nightly rate $135 per night; Dec. 20-Jan 08 Winter Holiday Season Nightly rate $185. July 4th and Thanksgiving are Holidays that incur the High Season rate of $160 per night. Summer Rate special: rent for seven nights and you only pay for six. Long term rentals available.

Why the Owner Chose Bolongo Bay
We wanted oceanfront property that had easy access to the beach with nothing to restrict our tropical ocean view. The pool and a short green area and then down the stairs and you are on the beach. We are within walking distance to Iggie's, Mim's and the Lobster Grille. We enjoy going over and meeting friends at Iggie's and just walking home along the beach. Each morning I walk the beach to get my local island paper to enjoy with breakfast.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We live year round but our vacation property is located in the same complex as our own personal unit. We love the weather, the flowers, the hummingbirds, the bananaquits, the scenery, the proximity of the pool and beach. The wealth of things that are available to do have us still having not done it all.
Owner's Map of Bolongo Bay
We are semi-retired professionals looking for our little slice of paradise. We found it here, we eat a leisurely breakfast most mornings on our deck overlooking the ocean. We are lulled to sleep each night by the sound of the waves. Almost five years ago, we joined friends and family in our backyard to further our commitment by getting married on the beach. We have lived on island for six years now and still find it our slice of paradise.

We were looking for a quiet get-away for 10 days and could not have chosen a better place. Rick & Linda do a wonderful job thinking about everything you would need for a great stay! They live on the property so contacting them was simple. We did not have a reason to contact them but if we did, they were there. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The view is spectacular. There are wonderful restaurants on the property so, if you wanted to, you would not have to leave. We are planning on returning in the fall and look forward to the same property, maybe their two bedroom because we would like to share it with others. Thank You Rick and Linda

We stayed for two weeks in the unit and Rick and Linda did everything possible to make our stay very comfortable and effortless. We highly recommend this condo for comfort and location. The views from the balcony are amazing.

We couldnt have been more comfy in our studio that we rented. Perfect for 2 people. Rick and Linda are such gracious hosts!! The price was so reasonable we couldn't ask for more!! We can't wait to go back next year!!!!
