Welcome to "Costa Vista". This 3 story beach villa is only 100 yards away from the "World's Most Beautiful Beaches". Enjoy the 360 degree, panoramic view of the gulf and city from the top story's crows nest. The home features 2500 square feet of living area along with a private elevator to easily access all levels. Pull in an unload two steps from your car. No waiting on busy elevators in condos.
Our home does have direct access to the beaches. You do not have to drive to get there. It takes us 2 to 3 minutes to get there on foot.
The master suite has a king size bed, balcony and impressive master bath complete with whirlpool tub, double vanity with granite countertops and extra large, walk-in shower with dual shower heads.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and private bath. The downstairs bedroom also has a queen size bed and bathroom just outside. All bedrooms are dressed with luxurious 500 to 700 thread count sheets and down pillows.
The top story serves as a bunk room in addition to a vintage arcade game room. It features authentic Galaga and Centipede games, Foosball, Playstation 2 with 50 games, game table with numerous board games, a 42", flat screen, HD television and also a half bath. There are 2 sets of bunk beds a futon as well. Additionally, there is room for the 19" high, queen size air mattress. Just outside the game room is a large balcony with view of the ocean.
While the beach is just across Thomas drive, there is parking available at Schooners Restaurant. Just drive over, order your favorite beverage and enjoy the beautiful, sugar white beach. We have provided a large deck wagon to carry your beach gear.
We have tried to make our home a comfortable vacation retreat for your family. We do supply an ample starter supply of paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper and cleaning supplies.
Fall is a beautiful time of year at the beach. The water and climate are ideal for all your outdoor activities. Take advantage of the special Autumn rates!

The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
We enjoy the short distance to the beach as well as not having to wait for elevators in busy condos. It truly is like a home away from home. We also love the location. We never have to worry about heavy traffic on the East end.
Great food and spirits right on the beach. Here you can play volleyball, rent jet skis, go parasailing and more.
Bicycle trails, picnic and grilling, the bay side offers a great beach area for small children

We took our children and grandchildren the week of July 30 - August 6, 2011 to Panama City Beach. We had a wonderful vacation and the townhouse was great! The pictures on the website were everthing we thought they would be. The owner was very helpful and returned our call promptly when we needed information. I would definitely recommend this property to families with children. The game room was fun and slept all six of the children! We loved the activities nearby and many good restaurants although we were able to cook most of our meals in the fully stocked kitchen and the outdoor grill. We hope to go back again and we would stay in this lovely townhome!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

The house waas everything advertised and more. We stayed a week during Sring Break. Being near the end of Thomas Drive was great for beaing able to avoid the heavy traffic on the other end near front beach road. The weather did not allow us to use the pool but the game room was fun for everyone. We will be back for sure.

We enjoyed this trip like no other. We all traveled from Tennessee. It takes a small miracle to get three grown children on a vacation with us but they made it. It was the first for our only Grandson to see the beach and he loved it. We could not have picked a better house. You have thought of everything we could need. It is truly beautiful.

Thank you so much for allowing us into your beautiful home. This weekend will certainly be one we will never forget. On saturday, (8/22/09)my boyfriend had a plane fly over the beach with a banner that read " Kelley, will you marry me?" of course I said YES! We hope to return next Summer/Fall to get married. Everything about this weekend was like a perfect fairytale. We highly recommend The Salt Water Grill- get the filet, it was to die for. We hope to return every year and always remember this very special weekend. More than words can say...THANK YOU!
