This luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is fully equipped and furnished for your comfort. Granite countertops in kitchen and newly finished bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and will have all of the accessories you will need to make a snack or a gourmet meal. Our condo is fully equipped with quality items for the owner's personal use. Therefore, you know this unit will have all that you need to feel at home.
Luxury bedding is standard. There is a king-sized bed in the Master Suite and a day bed with a trundle is found in the second bedroom. The trundle can serve as an additional twin bed or join both to make another king size bed. Our mattresses are plush European top mattresses. It is our goal that you have a wonderful vacation by the sea. We focus on the attention to the details -- making sure you are comfortable and relaxed.
Beautiful living room with gorgeous views of the Coast. Just walk up Jenner St. and you are on Prospect Blvd and Girard Avenue - the two famous streets in La Jolla known for great shopping and amazing restaurants. Our condo is CENTRALLY located in the Village of La Jolla, fine dining as well as casual family dining is all within walking distance. You will be just a few blocks from the La Jolla Rec Centre which features many playground structures for children and next to the La Jolla Tennis Club. Across the street, to the right of the Children's Pool, there is a great park area. You are also a short drive to La Jolla Shores.
Our condo is a corner unit on the top floor of the building (3 storeys) at the Coast Regency. The unit has two car underground parking and can easily be accessed by an elevator or stairs.
If you are a golfer, Torrey Pines Golf Course is just minutes away. It is a beautiful and challenging course for any golfer. Wonderful day spas are here for your relaxation needs as well. La Jolla Spa MD as well as SK Sanctuary are just two of the wonderful spas to choose from. Of course shopping is world class here as well.
Kayaking tours, bicycle rentals, tennis courts, and of course all water sports and rentals are available at nearby shops. We are a Canadian couple with a little girl that love to travel and stay in nice homes. We have used VRBO for many years now and have enjoyed some very nice properties. We own many furnished rentals in Victoria BC and understand what individuals like to experience when they travel. Our favorite place to travel is La Jolla. We have been coming here for the past 4 years. We love everything that La Jolla and its surrounding areas has to offer. We have furnished and equipped this property very nicely for our personal comfort and that of individuals who will rent it. We love to share this place with those who appreciate this area.
Why the Owner Chose Village of La Jolla
We have been looking for 2 years for a property in La Jolla. We have been coming to this area for the past 4 years and find it very difficult to find vacation rentals in the Village of La Jolla. We now know why, most buildings request 1 year leases. We finally found this complex, in the perfect location. You cannot get a better location. WE love this second home. It allows us to do every thing La Jolla has to offer. We love the fact that we can walk absolutely everywhere! And then we are only 10-20 minutes away from SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, the great restaurants in San Diego. We also like to go to Coronado and the Outlets in Carlsbad and the Mexican Border- which are less then 30-40 minutes drive and then you come back to the best place in the world: La Jolla and can go walking on the coast! and stop in at your favorite restaurant on the strip.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
The unique benefit to our place is the location. When you walk out of the you go up one block to your left and you are at Girard and Prospect, the two best shopping streets in La Jolla. You can walk to coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants, the Sunday farmer's market at the La Jolla Elementary School (highly recommended to get your fresh veggies and fruits). The La Jolla Cove is directly across the street along with the Children's Pool. You can walk or jog for miles along the Coast. We also really enjoy walking to the La Jolla Recreation Centre. Our daughter loves their playground. There are two of them, one for smaller children and one for older children. You have basketball courts, tennis boards and then the Center offers activities that you can join. You also have the La Jolla Tennis Club which has 10-12 courts! IT's just great all the things that you have access to just a few blocks away from the condo.
