This luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom CORNER ocean-front Penthouse condo is located right across the street from the ocean and just steps to Prospect Boulevard - the Rodeo Drive of La Jolla, where you will find the best in shopping, dining and entertainment. Amazing Ocean View from living room and balcony!
The condo has just been renovated (January 2011) with new beach white kitchen cabinets, granite counters tops and new stainless steel appliances. We've installed a new mirror on the whole living room wall to maximize the ocean view. We also have new pottery barn furniture and new Kreiss rugs in the master bedroom and living room.
There is a king-sized bed in the Master Suite and a day bed with a trundle is found in the second bedroom. The trundle can serve as an additional twin bed or join both to make another king size bed. Our mattresses are plush European top mattresses.
Beautiful living room with gorgeous views of the Coast. Just walk up Jenner St. and you are on Prospect Blvd and Girard Avenue - the two famous streets in La Jolla known for great shopping and amazing restaurants. Our condo is CENTRALLY located in the Village of La Jolla, fine dining as well as casual family dining is all within walking distance. You will be just a few blocks from the La Jolla Rec Center which features many playground structures for children and next to the La Jolla Tennis Club. Across the street, to the right of the Children's Pool, there is a great park area. It is our goal that you have a wonderful vacation by the sea. We focus on the attention to the details -- making sure you are comfortable and relaxed.
Our condo is a corner unit on the top floor of the building (3 storys) at the Coast Regency. The unit has two car underground parking and can easily be accessed by an elevator or stairs. If you are a golfer, Torrey Pines Golf Course is just minutes away. It is a beautiful and challenging course for any golfer. Wonderful day spas are here for your relaxation needs as well. La Jolla Spa MD as well as SK Sanctuary are just two of the wonderful spas to choose from. Of course shopping is world class here as well. Kayaking tours, bicycle rentals, tennis courts, and of course all water sports and rentals are available at nearby shops. Just wanted to tell you that after looking at literally 1000 others online in San Diego, yours was absolutely the most stunning. And after staying there, it did not disapoint. Gorgeous and comfortable. You had a great designer.

This place is fantastic, literally steps from the beach. My husband and I made a practice of walking along the ocean every morning and during the month we spent here, seals, sea lions, cormorans and pelicans daily. But imagine our delight when we spotted schools of dophins so close to shore we could see them diving and playing. They stayed for nearly a week. The weather was amazing and the sunsets beyong gorgeous, like pink gold. All in all, our stay was just magical. We highly recommend this place. In fact, we are booking again for next year.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
