Nice cottage living with 3000 square feet of living space on one floor in Alpharetta (Milton, GA) 18 miles north of Atlanta. This house is a nice simple home in a nice area of Milton (formerly Alpharetta) west of GA 400 and minutes from Northpoint Mall and Windward Parkway. We are about 24 miles north of Atlanta, GA.
