This is a lovely, simply, home with 3000+ square feet of living space on one floor in Alpharetta (Milton, GA) 18 miles north of Atlanta. This house is a nice simple home in a nice area of Milton (formerly Alpharetta) west of GA 400 and minutes from Northpoint Mall and Windward Parkway. We are about 18 miles north of Atlanta, GA. Please note this is a very well maintained older home that has been renovated. The zipcode is 30004.
The house is on a 4 acre property that is a 3 home community belonging to the owner's Enzo and Suzanne. The owners live in one home and the other 2 homes are VRBO/HOME AWAY Rental Properties. The little community shares the pool between the three homes. It is very private nestled in the woods of Crabapple, in the newly formed City of Milton which was previously part of Alpharetta. The area boasts big horse farms and community supported agriculture farm. Each home on the property has it's own patio area facing the pool. Close enough to enjoy but far enough to remain a level of privacy. This is a cottage home, and was the home of the owner prior to moving into and starting rennovation on the house next door.
This main house has four bedrooms and pool area. The house has a master suite, closet and bath with bidet and laundry separate from the other rooms. This home sports a gourmet kitchen/keeping room, grand piano, bar area, T1 line with Wi-Fi, roommate style lving with two other bedrooms on other side of home and a loft bedroom up a circular staircase. Small secondary bedroom is perfect for kids with hand-crafted built in custom bunk berths. There is a loft with a new bedroom and 1/2 bath. The kitchen is a cooks dream with granite, a six burner gas Five Star Range with grill and 2 ovens, a 2 drawer dishwasher and large fireplace. The house is a combination of tile and hardwood.
Remember that we do not provide the same amenties as a hotel. We do leave non- perishables from other guests such as salt, pepper, spices, and canned items. We leave cleaning items specific to the granite and appliances for your use.
There is a full two car garage with video surveillance system and alarm. There is a built in pool with a great terrace and outdoor living space.
Ask about other rental options I have available. There is a carriage house, complete with full kitchen, laundry, plasma TV, bath, living, dining and 1 bedroom. This is a separate listing on VRBO and is rented separately.
We want you to have a very peaceful and enjoyable stay here at our home and we want you to feel that it is yours without any interference or interruption in your stay by your landlords or problems. For this reason we have a list of very specific rules to ensure that there are no problems. We do not rent to teenagers, Freaknik, Prom, College Spring Break, New Years Eve Parties or the like. We have a minimum age requirement. We can provide you a copy of the rules. No other but the registered guests may use the pool. The pool is not for parties. We ask all renters to be considerate of energy usage and turn off lights when not in use. We ask that any problems are reported immediately and no renter attempts to repair any problem. There is a computer surveillance system in the home which manages the T1 line, phone lines and WIFI that is off limits to the guests to manipulate. Any interference with the computerized systems in the home, other than use of the WIFI internet are grounds for immediate eviction. These rules of course are simple common sense rules and a complete list is provided at the time of rental. It is unfortunate that we have to state these rules so harshly but it avoids any confusion or problems for our tenants.
Please note. I carry an IPHONE and try to respond to your inquiries within 1 hour. However, I am a HCP and I may be able to respond but cannot send confirmation documents until evening or weekends. Please note that a conversation is not CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION. The rental agreement and deposit must be received. There are many people booking every day. Do not wait hours to book from the time you confirm the availability or you may be disappointed. My family rented the home and carriage house for a week in June. We had a great time! We spent a lot of time in the pool and enjoyed the beautiful homes. The only clarification on the house details that I would make is that in the main house there is 1 king, 2 full beds (not queen) and a great set of built-in bunk beds. The tile and woodwork was beautiful. We'd highly recommend this home.

This place was excellent. I went with my wife and 3 kids and there was more than enough room. We cooked out on the patio and invited a few friends over. The house was clean and well kept. There was a grocery store down the street which made it easy to shop for food. We will definately be staying here again. :)

This home has an awesome kitchen, great for gathering and cooking. The fuzzball game and the massage chair were nice extras. The bedrooms were spread out so there was plenty of privacy too since we went as 3 couples. We were a little disappointed with the housekeeping, the coffee pot was filled with very old grinds and one of the bathrooms needed a good scrubbing before we used it but the owner did say he would have a talk with the service. The only thing that bothered me were none of the windows had any screens. I would have loved some fresh fall air and some sunlight but the window treatments were all closed up. All in all, I would recommend this property. We did not use the outside pool, it was too cool weather-wise.

This is the first time that i have rented a home instead of staying at a hotel, and i will never go back to a hotel again. Susan responded to my email questions very quickly. home was very clean and had everything we could have possibly needed. The home is close enough to downtown, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet without all the traffic. the only thing i would have changed was that the main computer was out in the open. this was to much of a temptation for my 5yr old, and i had to constantly reprimand him when he went near it because i did not trust him. i would definetly recommend this property to a friend or family member.

Wow, words are not adequate to describe the great time we had. I had never been to GA before and was looking for a place that would put me close enough to Atlanta to conduct business and far enough away to enjoy some relaxation. This was perfect. The house was so very impressive. Immaculate, aesthetically pleasing, every amenity you could ask for. The property was quiet, beautiful and serene. We enjoyed days by the pool, outside cookouts on the grill and nights in the back yard stargazing. The owners are the salt of the earth. Very approachable and willing to help you have a great time. They even treated us to fresh eggs from their personal hens. I'll tell you, if you are looking for a vacation rental, this is the one you don't want to overlook. You will have a great time!
