Magnificent large villa easily accommodates two families.
The main house has four bedrooms and four baths. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two baths (one bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, the other two bedrooms share a bathroom), and a balcony. The ground floor has a master bedroom and master bath.
There are two living rooms, and two separate eating rooms: On the ground floor, there is a large newly renovated kitchen, with stone sink and countertop, a LaCanche stove, and French doors on two sides leading to northern and southern facing stone-tiled terraces.
A large living room has a fireplace; the den has satellite tv and an ensuite bathroom (good for an extra guest). There is a formal dining room and a breakfast room.
The guest house is a studio with a kitchenette (undercounter refrigerator, sink, two electric burners, microwave) and a full bath.
The grounds (over an acre, 5000+m2) have two large patios (each over 1000 sq feet, a large tiled swimming pool (18 x 38), a football pitch, volleyball and ping-pong. The landscaped gardens are enhanced by the olive trees and the many stone walls. A view of the Esterel mountains is seen from the pool area.
The house has been redecorated and repainted this year.
