This beautiful two bedroom apartment is located in the heart of the Jordaan on the top floor of a newly renovated building. The apartment is spread out over two floors with the living and kitchen area downstairs and the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Besides living in one of the most popular areas of the city you also have everything you need within walking distance. Not just shops and restaurants are in walking distance but also central station and Dam square. It's located next to the Haarlemmer straat which is one of the most popular shopping streets in the city and when you feel tired from walking around you can have a drink or a bite to eat at one of the many bars and restaurants.
The apartment has just been renovated on the inside and outside so everything is brand new. What more can you wish for; living in an historical canal house with all modern comforts of today. Together with a canal view this is the perfect way to get the total Amsterdam experience.
When you enter the apartment you walk into the spacious living room that looks out over the canal. Here you can look out of your window and watch the world go by. In the back you find the dining table in front of the balcony doors and when you open them in the summer you feel like you're eating outside. You can of course also enjoy your meal on the balcony or have a drink while watching the sun go down.
Upstairs you find two double bedrooms, one at the back of the house and one in the front. One bedroom has a double bed and the other 2single beds. In-between the two rooms you find the bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and sink. From your bathtub you can look out over the roofs of the canal houses and completely relax.
The apartment is equipped with all modern comforts like; central heating, washer/dryer combination, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, 5 burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer combination, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, television, CD/DVD-player, free Wi-Fi, bathroom with shower and bathtub. Besides this we also provide weekly cleaning, airport pick up service, weekly change of linen and towels and maintenance service in all our apartments.
