Lazy River Cabins's Up-Stream Cottage, Cedar Breeze, is a vacation rental located just outside of Luray, Virginia. It resides in a private, country setting with the Shenandoah River, mountain hiking trails, and many local attractions nearby. If you enjoy reconnecting with nature in the peaceful outdoors or gathering with your family and friends in a rustic setting, Cedar Breeze is the perfect, affordable, get-away for you. Cedar Breeze can sleep up to six people. It features a queen-size master bedroom, a second bedroom with 2 twin beds, living room, full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and rec. room that has a futon. Central heat and air conditioning have been installed to make your stay more comfortable.
Cedar Breeze welcomes pets with an additional cost. No smoking is permitted inside the cottage; however, smoking is allowed outdoors.
Cedar Breeze is graced with a large yard. There’s plenty of space for volleyball or a game of horseshoes. An outdoor fireplace serves as the perfect spot to gather and roast marshmallows long after the sun goes down! It is in walking distance to the Shenandoah River and 1 mile from a pubic boat landing. The Shenandoah River Outfitters is only minutes away by car, as well as, to hiking trails in the George Washington National Forest. Bring your fishing poles, bicycles, and hiking shoes!

Owner Description
Year Purchased: 2007
The owners of Lazy River Cabins are Roberto and Teresa Coppola. They have lived in Page County for a long time. Teresa grew up in the area and Roberto followed her here after getting married. Together, they have called Page County "Home" for over 20 years. You just fall in love with the place as soon as you cross the line entering our scenic county.
Teresa works as a teacher in the Page County Public School system. Roberto is a self-employed general contractor. He did all of the remodeling work in the cottages himself. Teresa added some personal touches to add a warm and lived-in feel to them. Hopefully everyone who stays at Lazy River Cabins will feel comfortable and right at home.
We love the small town feeling you get and the natural beauty of the area. We spend a lot of our time exploring the many trails the area has to offer on horseback or relaxing on the river with our family and friends. The setting is laid back and inviting. We love where we live and we would like to share it with others.
We recently remodeled two cozy cottages with the intention of turning them into vacation rentals. We want to offer others the opportunity to experience and appreciate the natural beauty of our area in Page County.
