The condominium (townhome) is in the Tahoe Keys, vacation rental permit #001403. There are a lot of amenities at the Keys renters can use for a small daily cost (take rental contract to clubhouse or pool). Winter: indoor pool, hot tubs, ping pong. Winter activities: skiing, snowboarding, sledding, XCountry skiing and snow shoeing, as well as indoor swimming pool and hot tubs in development. Summer: outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basket ball, ping pong. Summer activities: sailing, boating, waterskiing, swimming, cycling, tennis, golf, hiking, mountain biking, fishing and outdoor swimming pool very close by. Kids: bicycling, miniature golf, nature trail, playground, swimming etc. There is a hot air balloon company at South lake Tahoe and outdoor stage performances in the summer close to Incline Village on the East shore.
No crowds in spring and fall but great hiking, spring flowers, fall colors (aspen). Beach at the Keys and several other beaches close by.
Great hiking in the Sierras (Tahoe Rim Trail, Pacific Crest Trail, Desolation Valley and numerous other hikes. The property has a view of Lake Tahoe from the living room and upstairs Master Bedroom and is close to Heavenly Valley and Sierra at Tahoe ski areas. There are a washer & dryer in the condo.
The South Lake Tahoe area is beautiful year round with lots of activities. Year round: casinos, art galleries, shopping.

Why the Owner Chose Tahoe Keys
Our family has been coming to the Lake Tahoe area for skiing for more than 40 years and we all love the area in every season. Lake Tahoe is one of the most beautiful lakes in the world and we never get enough of the lake and the surrounding Sierra Nevada mountains. The air is so clean and crisp it is very invigorating (watch out for sunburn though!). There are so many things to do in this nature paradise.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The outdoor pool, children's playground, beach and tennis courts are literally mere steps away from the condo. There is a dock on the lagoon that comes with the condo, boats up to 26' are OK (note: Lake Tahoe has boat check before boats can be launched) .

I am on the right in the picture on top of Roundtop mountain in the spring of 2011.
My brother, who lives in the Netherlands, and I own this wonderfully located condo at the Tahoe Keys. I have lived in the Western Sierra foothills since 1978 and never get enough of Lake Tahoe and the Sierras. I am an avid hiker and got most of my training for Mount Kilimanjaro climb in March 2009 in this area with hiking and snowshoeing. Every time I come over the mountains and view Lake Tahoe, my heart opens up. It is a wonderful area to visit for a weekend, a week or a month, alone, as a couple or with a family (much enjoyed by me, two daughters and their families). I hope you will enjoy it as much! Very nice condo, very clean, beds are comfortable, good selection of movies and books for the kids and adults, kitchen good supply of utensils, nice decoration, easy access to everything, nice area to walk around, huge swimming pool (indoor). Everything was wonderful we had a great family time. I would rent this condo again. Communication and details between landlord and tenent went very well. Thank you very much.

This is our third time staying at this location. We really enjoy the location and its convenience to the pier, pool, and tennis courts. We love have the boat dock steps away from the condo since we bring our boat in every Fourth of July. Annemiek, the owner, is a hands-on landlord. She strives hard to make your stay memorable. She''s personable and very pleasant. We love the condo and all its ammenties. It's always spotless and well maintained. We will definitely be back.

we had a great time in this unit. the location was perfect. the unit is amply furnished and thoughtfully so with almost everything considered for cooking, entertainment and relaxation. annemiek was available throughout to address any questions and concerns we had. we will most certainly like to go back and stay.
