This ground floor condominium unit is located in the Lucaya Beach area of Freeport, Grand Bahama. It is about 150 feet from the beach with easy access.
A short walk along the white sands and blue waters and you are in Port Lucaya where there is a casino, shopping, restaurants and entertainment.
We chose to purchase this condominium because of its location as well as its beauty. It is only a half hour air flight from Florida. There are also many direct flights from many cities in the US to it’s international airport which is only a ten minute drive to the condo from there.
Our unit is part of a 24 unit, 2-story condominium. It is fully air-conditioned and dishes and linens are supplied. The unit is completely cleaned for your arrival. There is a picnic area with a barbeque in the complex.
We have completely renovated our unit. It has two bedrooms, One has a king size bed and the other is queen size. The bathroom is fully tiled with a shower and tub and sliding glass doors. Our modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and all the necessary small appliances needed.
Our local guest service representative is available to greet you at the airport or port on arrival and return you at the end of your stay. Cost for this service is $25.00 each way paid directly to our representative. We'll coordinate this for you when you reserve the condo.
LIABILITY POLICY: Renters are vacationing in a foreign country and are therefore fully responsible for their own safety throughout their stay.

This was a great condo. Very comfortable. It was close to the beach and about a 30 minute walk to the Port Lucaya Marketplace. Taking the bus is an easy alternative to walking. I recommand this place for people looking for a quiet place to relax and enjoy the beach!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We had such a wonderful stay here. The condo is very clean and the beach is so close. The renovated kitchen has a very open feel and looks fantastic. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. We can't wait to go back!!!

We can't thank you enough for the use of your condo.The place is clean, airy and perfectly located. We were able to shop at a local grocery store and cook in a fully equipped kitchen. Although the short walk to the Lucaya resort offered all of the water sports and restaurants we could want, we really enjoyed the privacy of a local beach only a few steps away. We even did some laundry in the complex laundry room which allowed us to pack light. We will definately be back!!!
