Three Dads, two early teen daughters and two early teen sons first trip to Park city couldnt have been better in terms of accomadations. The hot tub and Sauna are terrrrific after the long great days of skiing. We stayed in a couple of nights and enjoyed the BBQ as well. The house is very convenient for town and to walk on on off the slopes. We rented our ski's/snowboards instead of traveling with our own and ski valet makes everything a breeze Jay and Grace the homeowners were incredibly helpful and accomadative as well. A great time was had by all! ..........We will be back.

This was our first trip renting a home in Park City and I have to say we could not have found a better place to stay. Ski Haven was perfect. I loved the location. Being close to downtown was a must for me and then having access to the free Bus transportation was essential with 5 small kids. The best part was you felt like you were staying in a "home" and not a rental. We are looking forward to returning for a longer stay next year!

Just fanatstic! We travelled from Australia for a family "White Christmas" and could not have been happier with the accommodation. Great location with the added touch being the delightful Christmas decorations. The snow was not as good as it could have been but the overall holiday experience made the trip worthwhile and did not disappoint. Jay and Grace were really helpful with the planning process and their suggestion to use the Ski Valet was spot on. So easy! Hopefully we will return again when the snow is much better. The people of Park City are just wonderful.

We arrived at 1:00PM the day after Christmas...The top notch Demo ski equipment was waiting along with the technicians for proper fitting in our heated garage. In the lovely country kitchen, the wine rack was stocked with the correct ratio of Chard's and Cab's. The fridge was loaded up with healthy breakfast and lunch supplies. We had a quick snack, geared up, walked 300 yards, and skiied down to the lift by 2:00 PM. We arrived home by 4:30PM to a hot tub, steam room, sauna, intense nap, and a brief walk to town for a lovely familydinner. Day 2- 7 (see above!!!) The beds were comfortable, great room cozy. The 9 of us bonded and recharged and are ready for another year. This house was not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for in life!! Happy New Year!

We chose this home to spend our week before Christmas 2010, to ski and to celebrate my husband's 50th Birthday. Two families (four adults, 2 teens, 2 tweens) found the home charming, cozy and very well-appointed. Our two chefs found it a treat to cook in this home's kitchen - the best-equipped of any rental we have ever seen! We were a bit cramped when all 8 of us ate meals together, but we enjoyed the "cozyness" and used the bar stools when we wanted more room. We loved the hot tub! We walked into town on two separate occasions, using the stairs down to Main Street (great for anyone who is in shape). We appreciated the heated garage where we stored our ski equipment. The owner was friendly, polite, professional and shared a lot of wonderful information about grocery shopping, taxi services, ski rentals and even local spas, to help make our trip a fantastic one! The property manager was very quick to respond to any issues that came up in a friendly and professional manner. The home is labeled "ski in/ski out" but I would like to say that for an intermediate skier like me, the route home was rather difficult (steep, not groomed, and actually closed off by the resort). I chose to take a cab home from the base of the mountain, which was quite convenient. The expert skiers in our group found the ski runs home a piece of cake. We all could easily handle the runs down to the lift in the mornings. We were very happy NOT to have a rental car during this vacation. We rented a car service (2 families in one van made a lot of sense) and used taxis to get around. This was much easier than dealing with the snow!!! We would recommend this home highly to anyone wanting a great Park City Experience!

I have been staying at ski condos and ski homes for many years and this was by far the best. The house has every amenity. The location is superb. A one-minute level stroll gets you to and from the ski slopes and a short walk gets you to Main St. This is the best place to stay in Park City.

This is a great house for Park City. Very comfortable, very functional and the location is excellent. It's a short walk to the mountainside and a long flight of steps down to Main Street at night. We have been coming back year after year...

We really enjoyed staying at Ski Haven. The house handled our two families, 8 in total, very well. The access to the slopes is very easy as is town access. We would not hesitate to stay here in the future.

Property was exactly as billed. A good set-up for two families. Warm atmosphere and nice amenities. Good layout and well-stocked for a cozy week in the mountains. Pre-arrival communications were great and owners were very attentive to our requests for information. Very happy with the rental.

Wow...what a great time we had in Park City! Ski Haven was beautiful, very comfortable, and was a great location for us. The snow (and the quantity) was unbelievable! In the 15 years or so that this group of 10 has been skiing together I cannot remember better skiing conditions...sunny, fresh powder, and no long lift lines!

We stayed at SKi Haven and absolutely loved the location. We could ski in/ski out from the Town Lift and our adult aged boys could walk down into town by the convenient stairs near the house. The house was clean with all the amenities listed. The kitchen was well equipped for us as we love to cook. We enjoyed the hot tub, jacuzzi and sauna and wifi. All in all, it was great and I would return. Our only difficulty was bringing our big van up the hills with all the record snow in Utah. However, we were impressed with how aggressive the city was at snow removal.

Wow, what a wonderful time we had at Ski Haven. This place is fabulous and in a perfect location (even the three flights of stairs from downtown ended up being easier as the week went on, and the joke of the dinner table). The house is great fun, the owners are easy to deal with, the caretaker was johnny-on-the-spot and it was a very positive experience. We ended up snowshoeing a lot- the access is 5 houses away, at the end of the street! And eating well either in the Cromwell's very equipped kitchen or at the fabulous restaurants in downtown Park City. Rent and enjoy!

This is a GREAT house/home. I say home because of all the great ammenities. Been to the PC/Deer Valley area many times and this is by far the best home we have stayed in. Ski-in-ski out to PC. 3 minute drive to DV. 3 minute walk to main street. Sauna, Hot Tub, View and Kitchen. The beds and bathrooms are great too. We are coming back next year. Great place!!!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our first trip skiing in Park City. We thouroughly enjoyed the downtown atmosphere and the house is close enough to main street to make it an easy commute (walk or ride). We loved how the house is decorated and it handles a large group very comfortably. We never felt like we were in top of each other, but it still maintained a cozy feel to it. Combined with the 28" of snow we had in 1-1/2 days it made for a great trip. Thank you for sharing your home with us, hopefully we will be repeat guests!

My crew and I had just finished an 8 day white water trip on the Main Salmon in Idaho. We had finally oared off of the water at 4 pm (6 hours later than anticipated). Riggins, Idaho is approximately 10 hours from Park City, Utah minus any stops. Needless to say...we arrived in Park City about 3 am. After searching for this place (in the dark) for over an hour (and having rung the doorbell at the wrong residence), I finally decided to give Nancy a call and ask for directions (how male is that?). She was most gracious, especially for being awakened from a deep "coma like" sleep. Following her directions (and she stayed on the phone with me the entire time), we finally made it. Only problem...yeah the neighbor next door...had parked in front of the garage and there was no place to park. Needless to say (Again)...later that morning the doorbell rang. We opened the door to find a stick of butter placed underneath the handle. Guess the neighbors were less than impressed with being awakened at 4 am due to THEIR being inconsiderate. Now...before you even start to think that we didn't have an awesome time...WE DID! Quite honestly...after carrying our toilet on a raft (in the middle of nowhere) for more than a week...this place could have had a hole in the floor and we would have considered it luxury. The Toro's Home was/is outstanding. The location is perfect (in Old Town, directly above Main Street). Didn't realize that if we had chosen to stay out by Canyon City that we might have spent some jail time while in Utah. Apparently, there is a stretch of road between downtown Park City and I-80 that has the highest number of DUI arrests in the country. This could have caused a SEVERE problem for 5 guys that purchased several cases of fresh hops/barley for the perfect ending to an amazing 12 days. Prime Restaurant, Mustang and 305 or 315 Main were all outstanding and worth the money. Visit Park City and stay with the Toro's. You will be glad you did! Note: Did I mention how great the Spa felt after oaring a raft for 8 days? Oh...AND don't forget to bring some butter and THANK the neighbors for us!
Owner response:"Neighbor" must have been a renter and one of last as both are now owner occupied and consider friends - not the butter on door handle type..

Ski Haven is the best! After years of staying in "good" rental homes, we have finally found a place that truly shows attention to every detail and comfort. The views are great, the furnishings most comfortable, and amenities such as the large heated garage, sauna and hot tub make this better than staying in a hotel. It is also a fun neighborhood to simply walk around and enjoy! Two very big thumbs up!

We loved your home! It is absolutely beautiful and could not have been more perfect for our trip. I can't think of a think that could have improved our experience. Conditions were amazing. I can't believe Park City actually closed on Sunday. What a waste of great snow. Thanks again for everything. By the way, did you use a designer for Ski Haven? We were so impressed with the decor. Best, Lisa

We've just returned from our second ski vacation at Ski Haven and it was even better than the first! Great snow, great fun and great friendship. We loved the house and all that it offers - great location, awesome amenities and furnishings (especially the beds). We couldn't have asked for a better location, skiing in and out and walking to dinner and partying every night, before flopping into those sumptuous beds. Wow!! What a great place. Ski Haven is everything we had hoped for...and more. Perfectly located to take advantage of all Park City has to offer and wonderfully appointed. It is furnished like someone's home, not a rental...especially the beds! We've stayed in many, many ski accomodations over the years, but Ski Haven tops them all. The amenities are amazing - hot tub, sauna, steam and the list goes on... The owners were great to work with, helpful with all of our Park City questions, and the snow was amazing. We skied our fannies off, then the kids walked to Main Street and we sank into the sumptuous couch. We'll definitely be back to Ski Haven.

We have rented many condos and houses for family vacations and Ski Haven tops them all! We particularly appreciated all the "extras" - high quality appointments, heated garage, gas fireplaces and room enough for 4 couples. Highlights of our trip included deep, untracked powder on 94 Turns at The Canyons, Seafood Buffet at Snow Park Lodge and your spa and steam shower. Only negative - negotiating the turn onto Upper Norfolk in snowy/icy conditions. Thanks for letting us share your lovely mountain home.

Just to confirm the entry of 3/8/04 which were my comments in the guest book at the house. Tip to skiers; discount lift ticket are available at most ski shops in SLC including REI, Canyon Sports and See N Ski, though they sometimes run out. Savings around $10 per ticket.

Simply perfect! Every amentity thought of and delivered. Extremely well appointed right down to the gorgeous bed linens. Sun streams in all day long bringing with it the Peace of the mountains of Park City. We have rented homes in Park City two times a year for the past eight years and this truly is the finest home we have rested in. They have thought of everything and more! You will lose yourself here and not want to come out!
