This large 3000+ square foot two story home located in beautiful Eagle Crest Resort has comfort and luxury.
A spacious home that allows all your guests space and privacy to enjoy their stay. It has a fun filled bonus room with a beautiful pool table and flat screen TV for your entertainment.
One can enjoy the view from the balcony or cozy up to the one of the three gas fireplaces in this home. This bonus room makes for a great location for a holiday Christmas tree.
There is a sun room just off the kitchen that has three large windows to watch the wild life and a cozy gas fireplace for winter mornings or to warm up after enjoying the hot tub. The large patio has a hot tub, gas BBQ, and table for 6 to enjoy your meal.
The back yard is open to a natural wooded area that will remain a undeveloped natural area. It is not unusual to spot deer or jack rabbits right off the patio. The home has a large sectional couch that fills the great room with another TV.
There are 5 TV's in the home so you won't miss a show!! There is a gourmet kitchen with granite counter top and two ovens, one is also a convection oven! The kitchen has all the cooking utensils and appliances you may need.
Plenty of seating with a table in the kitchen nook and 4 bar stools. there is also a formal dining room with comfortable leather chairs for 8. A fabulous home for entertaining and cooking. The master suite has a king bed , TV and DVD player, with a large bathroom and separate shower and toilet room.
A large soaking tub for relaxing those muscles after your golf game. It also has a large walk-in closet for all your belongings. Two other bedrooms have queen beds and their own TV. One room has two sets of bunk beds to sleep 4. Each room is tastefully decorated.
If you decide to venture out Eagle Crest Resort has every amenity one can expect in a vacation resort. There are two golf courses, Putting course, swimming pools both indoor and outdoor.
Our home is located near the Lakeside Recreation pool with a spray water park, pool and an exercise room that overlooks the water. There is a sports center with tennis, basketball, racquet ball, bike rentals, movie rentals and if you need a racquet they have one for you!!
All the resort amenities are including in your stay. There are bike paths and hiking paths. You can walk right out your door and begin enjoying your activities. If you wear yourself out there is a spa for that much needed massage!!
There are restaurants at the resort or you can venture out to nearby Sisters, Redmond or Bend and enjoy an amazing meal at one of the great restaurants. Their are many choices that will satisfy even the most sophisticated palate.
There are so many activities that is impossible to mention them all! There are mountains for hiking, even the famous Smith Rock for rock climbing and gorgeous scenery. Mountains for snow activities including to ski resorts, Hoodoo and Mt. Bachelor.
Water activities such as canoe, kayak, rafting. Hiking, biking, exploring caves, markets and festivals, ATV's, ballooning, fishing, hunting, just about any outdoor activity. Great shopping, movies, restaurants. One can enjoy many activities in a beautiful setting.

Why the Owner Chose Redmond
Buying a vacation home in a Resort community provided us with many amenities and activities for us and our guests. Fabulous golf courses, swimming pools, sports courts, spa, and near mountain resorts for winter sports made this location an easy choice. The climate is great warm summer days and snow for winter, this area boasts 300 days of sunshine! So even in a cool winter day the sun is still shining!!
The Unique Benefits at this House
All the activities that a resort community has to offer!! Just minutes away from interesting cities, Sisters and Bend. Sisters is a western style town with great shopping and dining experiences. Bend is a beautiful city with shopping and dining, festivals, concert venue. Smith Rock can been seen from our home and it is a world class rock climbing park. Even if you don't want to climb, just walking along the river and looking up at the rock and climbers is amazing!
