Beautiful 2,200 square foot house, fully furnished in spectacular detail. Located within the magnificent Stoneridge community with views of the Prescott Valley. This home is our family's second home and no expense has been spared in its furnishings, decorations or accompaniments. The great room is furnished with couch, love seat, oversized lounge chair and giant upholstered ottoman. 52" HDTV with cable TV and wireless internet service are available. Select a bottle of wine from our magnificent wine rack - take a bottle, leave a bottle honor system.
The flex room is perfectly suited for children with fold-out couch and love seat. 32" TV with their own CD and DVR.
The dining area is centrally located to the kitchen and is served by a large country kitchen table with seating for 8. The granite countertop has a sit at bar with seating for up to 5 on barstools. The kitchen has wonderful granite counter top to compliment the slate tile floor, and alder wood cabinets.
The master has a California King sized bed with luxury mattress and linens. The master-bath has a walk in shower with separate garden tub; two sinks and vanity. Each of the two additional bedrooms has Queen Sized Beds also with luxury mattresses and linens.
The rear yard has a full width covered patio and entertainment area with brick pavers with gas and charcoal barbeque perfectly suited for a quick meal or slow cooking your favorite steak.
The back yard overlooks the Prescott Valley with Easterly views that keep the patio cool for those special evenings. Stoneridge offers a magnificent 18 hole golf course with a back nine that you will have to see to believe. You will find 3 mountain bikes, an extra set of clubs and tennis rackets for your use in our 2-Car garage.
Don't forget to visit the world-famous Whiskey Row in Downtown Prescott (bars, restaurants and live music), eight miles to the west, or take a day trip to the Grand Canyon 2 hours north. The mining town of Jerome is a short 40 minute drive to the east thru the mountains, with great restaurants, galleries and shopping.

Why the Owner Chose Prescott Valley
Situated at 5200' elevation, this home offers us a great get-away from the heat of Las Vegas and is close to family in Phoenix. Whiskey Row is close by and has great nightlife. Yet, Prescott Valley is so quiet and removed that you can lay outside and see all the stars.
