This is a fantastic gulf front condo. It is on the first floor, with a grassy hill that our small children loved. The kids loved the huge lagoon pool. We loved the view of the beach from our patio. Having stayed up and down 30A for years, I would describe this as the best location.
Steps away from Rosemary Beach, and a bike ride away from all of the other beaches, shops, and restaurants. A superb spot for a family vacation! .... We will definitely be back!

We had a great condo to stay in on our trip! Very clean and spacious for our family of 6. We loved the ocean view and enjoyed the nice furniture and large bathrooms. We ate in many nights and loved the fact that the large kitchen could seat everyone with no problem!

Why the Owner Chose High Pointe Resort
In my opinion, the beaches of South Walton County are the prettiest in the country and High Pointe Resort is the best location, situated between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, and is fantastic for kids and adults.

Having stayed up and down 30A for years, I would describe this as the best location. Steps away from Rosemary Beach, and a bike ride away from all of the other beaches, shops, and restaurants. A superb spot for a family vacation! The only suggestion I would make if possible is to consider trimming down some of the hedge just outside the patio which blocks some of the view. We will definitely be back!

What a wonderful time we have had in your beautiful beach condo. We loved the view in the mornings with coffee to beautiful sunsets each night. The waterchas been crystal clear as well. The grassy hill provided a perfect spot for stargazing and we had a fun time at the tennis courts. Such a nice location on 30a. We are so fortunate this worked out last minute for us. We hopecto come back soon.
