Why the Owner Chose Copperopolis
Our family loves boating and being on the Lake. This is a great location from the Bay Area to enjoy beautiful Lake Tulloch with views of the Tabletop Mountains from the Lake. Our house is in a gated community with private access to a boat launch ramp and boat slips. We also love the Clubhouse with a Fitness Room, Swimming Pool and Hot Tub overlooking the Lake.
The Unique Benefits of this House
In the Summer we love boating and being on the Lake, in the Fall, we enjoy visiting towns like Murphy's and Angels Camp for shopping and wine tasting, in the Winter, we enjoy skiing/snowboarding and tubing at Dodge Ridge and Bear Valley Ski Resorts and in the Spring, we love visiting Yosemite and all the natural Caverns in the area, as well as Columbia, an old wild west town.

Just returned from a great trip with our grandchildren and two corgis! Great house for all of us..comfortable beds,TVs in all rooms,shuffleboard,and a dart game in garage.The kitchen was fully equipped and the house is nicely decorated. We loved the location....just steps away from Drifters Marina and restaurant..which is very convienient! Had a SUPER time...will come back!

Our family had a wonderful experience renting this lovely home. It is tastefully decorated, modern and feels very homey. There is a fun shuffleboard in the living room, TV's in every room and lots for kids to do. It's great that Drifter's Marina is right around the corner. What ambience- just like being in Margaritaville! A wonderful vibe and great food. I would highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed. Thank you for letting us rent your lovely home!

Had a wonderful weekend at Lake Tulloch staying at the Lakehouse. Excellent location. Close to the boat launch and dock, beach, and pool. Close to the grocery store and restaurants. Well appointed kitchen and lots of other gear for a comfortable stay. Owners were very easy to communicate with. Looking forward to staying again!

Just returned from a great "girls" weekend at the lake. This house was very clean and well maintained. We did not use the pool (only because it was too beautiful out on the lake), but it was only a short distance away, and looked well maintained too. The owner was great to deal with and easy to reach. I would definitely stay here again and would feel very comfortable recommending this place to others.

We just returned from a stay at this home and enjoyed the trip immensely. This home worked well for two families with four younger kids. The home is very well equipped for a rental property! The kids loved all the toys that the house had for them to play with during the stay. The pool has a great view of the lake and the kids had hours of fun swimming there. The house really felt like a home away from home. The owners of this property were always extremely prompt when answering questions and when communicating with us. We would recommend this house without hesitation!

We were lucky enough to stay at this beautiful home for a weekend at the lake! We couldn't believe how well appointed it was for someone's second home! It was decorated beautifully and had all of the most amazing ammenities and upgrades. It was nice to stay somewhere that still felt like home vs. a hotel room. It's perfect for 2 families!

A perfect weekend at Lake Tulloch! The docks are a great advantage and we love Calypso Bay...right on the lake, close to the pool area, near Drifter's Marina where water toys can be gassed up, and the grocery store is nearby. We really like the new look at Drifter's and Snap's coffee shop at the New Town Square on Highway 4 is convenient. Dinner at the Copper Grille at Saddle Creek Resort is quite good. This is a newer home, clean, with good beds and amenities such as toaster, coffee maker, etc. Owners are prompt responding to questions and very helpful.

The owner is a dream to deal with. She's very nice, prompt and thorough. Upon arriving, our family/friends were extremely happy with the beautiful & inviting decor. HIGHLIGHTS: Activities binder filled with maps and brochures and labled by activity! Shuffle board. A nice den by the entry with a sofa bed that essentially functioned as an extra "room". The double Sharper Image massage chairs in the Master Bedroom (perfect for the mommies). The fun & colorful kids room with a closet of fun toys to keep the little ones busy. The open island kitchen (fully equipped) layout. We're definitely going back.

We have stayed at this beautiful home twice this summer .The house is perfect for our family get away. 2 minutes to the Private boat launch and pool . The house is furnished exceptionally. I don,t know where they got the beds but I'll tell you they are way more comfortable then mine at home. I highly recommend this house it is the best deal in Calypso bay on lake Tulloch.

The accommodations of your home were warm and inviting during our stay. We had a great time and being close to all the facilities was pleasant for all of us and our grandsons who could enjoy jet skiing etc. Would recommend your vacation home highly to others.
