Guest Room has King Size Bed with TV/DVD and Full Bath in hallway with shower/tub. 3rd Bedroom has full bed and twin bunk beds with pull out trundle, TV/VCR/DVD. Pull out Queen Size Sofabed. House sleeps 11 total. Family Room has TV, DVD Player, IPOD Dock, X-Box, DirecTV Satellite and Gas Fireplace. Gourmet Kitchen with 3 Barstools, Dishwasher, Gas Stove, Oven and Microwave. Why the Owner Chose Copperopolis
Our family loves boating and being on the Lake. This is a great location from the Bay Area to enjoy beautiful Lake Tulloch with views of the Tabletop Mountains from the Lake. Our house is in a gated community with private access to a boat launch ramp and boat slips. We also love the Clubhouse with a Fitness Room, Swimming Pool and Hot Tub overlooking the Lake.
The Unique Benefits of this House
In the Summer we love boating and being on the Lake, in the Fall, we enjoy visiting towns like Murphy's and Angels Camp for shopping and wine tasting, in the Winter, we enjoy skiing/snowboarding and tubing at Dodge Ridge and Bear Valley Ski Resorts and in the Spring, we love visiting Yosemite and all the natural Caverns in the area, as well as Columbia, an old wild west town.
