The house is located 2 blocks from the beach. For your convenience a folding beach buggy with beach chairs, small cooler & beach toys is provided. Convenient outdoor cooking area with picnic table and extra refrigerator in downstairs laundry room. Access for one boat to off site private boat launch and dock on a canal.
