The 1st and 2nd floor condos are literally just steps to the boardwalk between 7th and 8th St. and all the attractions OC has to offer, including water slides, arcades, and rides. The fully equipped condos both have three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, two car parking, a deck, a wet bar, a full kitchen with all cooking amenities, and a charming dining area. With tile floors throughout, it is perfect for pets, so bring your dogs!
The 2nd Fl master bedroom and bathroom have its own floor, on the third floor, which offers privacy and a deck with ocean views. The 1st Fl master bedroom is accessible through the garage, which means it is handicap friendly. Both master baths have a walk in shower made with fine tile work. The main floor of each floor includes the kitchen and living room in the front and two bedrooms with a full bathroom in the rear. Both living rooms have two comfortable convertible beds. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other a bunk bed with a twin on the top and a full on the bottom. Each bedroom has a flat screen T.V. and the living room has a large flat screen. There is WiFi as well.

We stayed here over the long Easter weekend. The unit is spread across two levels. The master bedroom and an attached bath are on the ground floor, and the other two bedrooms, a bathroom, the kitchen, dining area and living room are up a flight of stairs. The place is bright and in top condition, having been recently renovated (i.e, completely done over), and it has a number of very nice features. My favorite is the gas fireplace in the main living area. We had some dreary weather in the beginning and the fire in the fireplace really made it feel cozy and special inside. The kitchen is well stocked with the basics and then some. We cooked quite a bit while we were there and it was easy to do so. Tiled floors throughout made it dog and kid friendly. Would definitely rent again.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, people with disabilities, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My family stayed at this property over the Thanksgiving holiday. We did a last minute rental and the owner was extremely accommodating. The condo was clean, modernized, and has an excellent location to the beach and boardwalk. The owner lives locally, which is also a huge bonus!! I personally like the peace of mind knowing that if there is a problem there is someone around to help you. I would definitely rent this unit again! Thank you for a great experience!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children.

We actually stayed at the property next door to the one listed here, but they are owned by the same man and have the same amenities. Newly renovated, clean, comfortable, and roomy, the property is in a great location about a half block off of the beach and boardwalk between 7th and 8th street. Our dogs enjoyed their vacations too! All appliances, furniture and appointments are brand new. 3 beach tags and 2 parking passes for a lot around the corner were a greatly appreciated bonus. The landlord was very pleasant, accommodating and easy to do business with. All in all a pleasant and enjoyable experience from beginning to end. I would highly recommend any of his properties. We will happily return next year!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, families with teenagers.
