Our beach house is located in the Ocean Lakes Resort, a fabulous, family, entertainment facility right on the ocean. Our home is PROFESSIONALLY DECORATED and located in the popular Holiday Inn section of Ocean Lakes, it is a short walk to the beach or seconds by golf cart (approximately 100 yards).
This 5 bedroom / 3 bath raised vacation home sleeps 12. Each bed comes with mattress pad, blanket, comforter, and pillow. Enjoy watching TV with extended cable in each of the bedrooms. There is also a DVD player, and XBOX 360 with games.

4. 2 Sets of Bunk Beds (upstairs, 4 twin mattresses)

Ocean Lakes is a gated community with 24-hour security and lifeguards patrolling the one-mile-long beach. Facilities include a new recreation center, indoor pool, Olympic-size outdoor pool, kiddie pool, miniature golf, shuffleboard, basketball, and playgrounds. Organized activities are offered for both children and adults. There is a camp store and snack bars. Eight fishing lakes are scattered throughout the park. They provide a kids camp (nominal fee) for the children and have lots of great activities for them to do.

** NOT INCLUDED: Towels and linens, paper products, maid service, or golf cart (rental is available).
** There is a $5 per day parking pass required by Ocean Lakes for each vehicle.

Why the Owner Chose Holiday Inn (900, 1000, 1100) Section
We first came to Ocean Lakes as a renter in 2003, and our family fell in love with the community. We bought site #1121A with a trailer already on the site. We had it torned down and built the stilt house. It was fun to design and work with a decorator to have everything professionally done with beach theme and colors. The yellow tone throughout the house with, splashes of reds and greens, is a true home away from home. Every year, new upgrades to the house make your vacation experience even better. From our family to yours, come have the best vacation of your life and build fond memories.

This home is perfect. The home feels very open downstairs. The floor plan flow is well though out. The home is beautifully decorated. Nothing left out on furnishings ! We found things we hadn't even thought of (like rainy day games for the kids) The owners were very courteous and replied immediately to questions. This house is well worth the money. Your family won't be disappointed. I do recommend buying the maid service because this house is very large.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had a great week at the beach. Love this house! The place is very inviting and comfortable. We enjoyed our coffee every morning outside on the deck and drinks in the evening. The house is well maintained and releaxing. The golf cart was wonderful to have for an evening ride through the community. Our kids enjoyed the XBOX 360 and the WiFi was a plus. The owners were very accomodating and very helpful. We'll be back next year!

We just returned from a relaxing week at the beach and stayed at the Garland beach house. It was a wonderful experience for our whole family and enjoyed all the new upgrades that the owners put in. This house is located so close to the beach and an easy walk to many places. Our family loved gathering in the family room around large flat screen TV. It is a spacious room and very tastefully furnished in a beachy colors. The bedrooms all had TVs and the beds came with everything - all we had to bring was the sheets. Enjoyed the golf cart too. We will certainly rent again.

My family has been going to this house for years. The owners always work with us and anticipates our needs. Every year, it is a delight to see new upgrades. We love the new king size mattresses and the family has the best time watching movies on the large flat screen TV in the family room. We count on this house as a family tradition. We love the color schemes - bright and beachy, and the house is very comfortable and spacious. This house is an easy walk to the beach and great for families!

We have been enjoying this house for the past 6 years with our family of 14. The house has a large open area on the first floor; great for all and free flowing for all including entertainment. Family room is open to watch TV - large flat screen. Spacious kitchen fully equipped for day-to-day and entertainment. Owner has well maintained and up-dated house all around. WiFi available. Outside deck furnished including gas grill. Ample parking. House overall in good condition and clean. Owners friendly and available.
Owner response:We have done quite a number of upgrades recently with this house - replaced the carpet, sofa set, king mattress, outdoor furniture, and chair cushions in dining area. We added the Wi-Fi connection. Over the next year or so, we hope to continue to replace the mattresses and the TVs (to flat screens). The big open area in the kitchen, dining room, and family room is great for a good size crowd without everyone on top of each other. This house is well maintained. We do value our repeat renters and their feedback.
