Our stay at the Johnson Blvd cabin was out of this world. Kevin went above and beyond to make sure that we were well taken care of, and was even kind enough to give us a ride to catch our airport shuttle. On our way to the airport we had a little extra time, so we stopped and viewed another of Kevin's brand new properties on Wildwood. Not surprisingly, it too was amazing. Both properties were magnificent, and Kevin has installed every state of the art accoutrement imaginable. I would definitely recommend Kevin and his cabins to all. Thanks Kevin! We'll be recommending you to all our friends.

This is a very enjoyable home. The home was built with excellent quality features. Enjoyed by the whole family. The builder did a great job. All the amenities of home. Well furnished. Cons - could use new pots and pans
Owner response:THANK YOU for bringing that to my attention. Yes we are currently working on updating our cook wear ,, NEW pots and pans are on the way!!!NOTE TO ALL FUTURE RENTERS : Teflon coated pans require some finesse please do not use sharp objects directly on the surface : scratching the surface of Teflon coated pans breaks down the coating and renders the pans undesirable. Thank you for you cooperation

This beautiful house exceeded all of our expectations. There were 4 couples in our group and we stayed for a week over Christmas 2010. With 2 levels of spacious living and 2 kitchens there was more than enough space for us all. The master bedroom is huge! The location was fantastic, within a few minutes walk at the end of the street is a large supermarket and within just a few minutes drive is Heavenly Ski Resort & Village, Casino's and a medical centre. Our dealings with the homeowner were also great - Kevin was exceptional, very friendly and accommodating. The house looked picture perfect when we arrived, there was beautiful linen on the beds and an abundance of fresh white fluffy towels for our group. I highly recommend this property.

We just want to express our appreciation of how fabulous this house is. It met our every need and more. The house layout and the bells and whistles are extremely attractive for us. The venue was perfect....very quiet, and best of all, for our guys, the 9-hole golf course is right across the street; of which they did play one day. The BEDS are especially comfortable, as that's the foremost important in renting a place. The house is well secured and that's very attractive for us with kids/grandkids. We're looking forward to next year. Thanks, Kevin.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was fantastic! There was every amenity you could imagine and it was even better than described. The homeowner was super helpful in suggesting places to go for dinner and helping us get acquainted with the area. We would definitely rent this house again.

We had a wonderful time at the property. Everything that was on the listing( description of house, photos) was right on. We had young adult children who enjoyed the downstairs with their own area to use their computers and watch what they wanted, while others where upstairs. Kitchen had everything we needed to have to make great meals. For us, it was easy to get anywhere we wanted from the house. Kevin gave a great walk through at check in. Golf course was right across the street and ultimate frisbee course down the street. I recommend this house to anyone who wants a home that is very comfortable, well maintained, and perfect for large families. The house is definitely worth a return stay when we vacation in Tahoe again.

My family and I stayed at this property in June, 2010. We were very pleased with the house, the furnishing, the cleanliness, and the location(very close to the lake and casinos). The house is very spacious, we had several people getting ready for a wedding and there was plenty of room. My son and his family had the downstairs with two bedrooms and a bath and they even had there own complete kitchen, and also a den with a fireplace. Great sound system, it goes all over the house. We definatley would recommend this house to anyone who wanted to rent in that area. We'll be back!!

5 of 5 star rating Heavenly House! Four of us - two couples from the UK - rented this house for just over two weeks in March. We were totally bowled over by the high quality of the furnishings and facilities. It was immaculate and honestly felt that we were the first people to ever stay there - though we know it had been let several times before. Some highlights: exceptionally comfortable beds; superb hifi/tv systems everywhere; clean modern furnishings (no chintz!); great kitchen for entertaining; convenient for shopping, skiing, restaurants; helpful, friendly owner. Many thanks - we had an amazing holiday. More... · By The Whitey's from Bucks, England on 4/5/2010 for a stay in 3/1/2010

I go on an annual trip to Tahoe with several of my friends from college. We stayed at Kevin's home for the first time this year. It was perfect. Very nice finishes, high tech appliances / tv's / home theater systems. Nearly every amenity we could have wanted was included (plasma screens, ipod connector for music, pool table, large br's with king size beds). The location is great too. 5 minute drive to the Heavenly Gondola, and easy to get cabs for going to the casinos at night. We will definitely be back. · By SBlond from San Francisco on 2/22/2010

5 of 5 Such a nice vacation home with state of the art entertainment sy Our stay at this home in South Lake Tahoe was awesome. First of all, the sound system through out the house is amazing. You can listen to your playlist anywhere inside or outside the home. TVs were everywhere and we definitely took advantage of it. The shuttle to the mountains comes every 30 minutes to the Safeway supermarket (5-10 minute walk from home). This was very convenient. We would just leave our car at the market and then take the bus to the heavenly resort. The hot tub is great after a long day on the slopes. The grill is always heated. Kitchen is huge. Garage is huge. The only pain is the strict cleaning policy . But as long as your not abusing the house, this shouldn't be a problem The manager of the house is very accomodating and nice. Definitely looking forward to coming back. More... · By Justin from Orange County, CA on 3/5/2010 for a stay in 1/1/2010

Everything about this house is what you expect from the webpage and more. If you love grilling and cooking like I do this is probably the best rental I have ever stayed in. The kitchen and hardline grill along with the balcony to grill on are great. The electronics throughout the house are fantastic change from most of the rentals I stay in. Absolutely top notch. I travel a lot for work and this is a house I will try to stay in every year. Definitely looking forward to my Tahoe stay next summer. · By Mark from Nevada City, CA on 2/23/2010 for a stay in 10/1/2009
