This is our home. It is finished completely and wants nothing. Hardwoods, A/C, chefs kitchen, great master on top, 4 bedrooms on the middle floor and then a full basement with big TV and all of that, in a great location.
You can use our cars. Of course High speed internet. 2 patios with ceramic smoker BBQ. We have a top end expresso maker (la pavoni) with high torque bean grinder (Ranchillio). Hey, it is Seattle.
We are going to Europe for 3 weeks in August and also will be gone for a week in June and July. It has everything that you will need including cars/minivan.
Our location is in the city center, in a high end part of the city called Capital Hill. We have parks, restaurants (probably 40 within 2 miles). We know this city and area like the back of our hands and can point you in the right directions for: food, activities, drives, Ferries, bike rides.
We even have bicycles for you to ride around with. We ask that you take excellent care of our home and enjoy Seattle.

Why the Owner Chose Capitol Hill
This is actually our home in Seattle. We built a green home with ICF's, SIP panels and 500 sf of solar panels for hot water(so shower away). The property is irrigated with rainwater, 8000 gallon storage. It is brick and stucco, classic tudor and has a view. The entire house is hard woods and we have AC. Of course washer dryer, 2 dishwashers, French, 5 foot gas range. It was appraised at $2.2 million 1 year ago.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We are close to downtown, 2 miles. Volunteer park is 1 block away, it has Shakespeare in the park. We are close to UW 1.5 miles, hiking, running, swimming, walking. We have 40 restaurants of all cultures within 1 mile to walk to. 3 grocery stores in 1/2 mile. Bus line is 1 block away. We have 2 cars to loan.
