Year Purchased: 2004
We currently live outside of Atlanta and have owned this unit for the past 5 years, but have been investing in this area for over 10. We have other units on St. Joe Beach and Cape San Blas as well. We have spent many, many vacations in the area with our 3 children (who aren't really children anymore)! We love the area and hope to be able to share it with many families so they too can have great vacation memories of the area.
Why the Owner Chose Mexico Beach
We've been staying in the Mexico Beach and Port St. Joe area for over 10 years. We love the beautiful, less crowded beaches and the people the most. We have several units in Gulf County and plan to eventually retire in the area. This unit is our children's favorite place to stay. It's so convenient for all your needs and they love the pool. The great fishing in the bay and the Gulf is a major attraction for us as well. The wonderful beach and small town atmosphere certainly add to the charm of the area ... convenient dining always helps too!
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
We love to scallop during the summer months and eat oysters at the Indian Pass Raw Bar all year long! The fishing is always good and we enjoy renting boats from the local marina and getting out on the water. We always make time for long walks on the beach and just watching the sunset from the deck of this unit!
