40 Tennis Village is a two level, two bedroom, two bath lodge-style condo with stone fireplace. This condo is located near the village mall and bike path. Sleeping includes two queens downstairs and a king and twin in the upstairs bedroom. There is a queen and twin futon in the loft. There is a TV/DVD in the living room and loft. Dining room seats six and three at the counter. Close to Sage Springs Spa, Great Hall, main lodge and pool.

So, staying at our home not only allows free access to Sunriver's Sage Spring Spa and Fitness Facility, but you also receive access to the Sunriver Resort's Private Pool, Sunriver's 2 Olympic-size swimming pools, and 32 miles of walking and biking paths.

The best way to ensure this is by offering a quality condo at a competitive price with an experienced local management team. Like many of my fellow Sunriver owners I have partnered with Destination Resorts Sunriver (DRH), a Sunriver based company that has been providing excellent service to Sunriver owners and their guests. Their guest care encompasses Front Desk (check-in and registration), Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Concierge Services. As a central point of contact, the Front Desk team is available 24/7 to address your requests and inquiries. Extra, even daily, Housekeeping services can be arranged (at an additional cost). In the unlikely event a maintenance issue arises, an on-call Maintenance team will be dispatched. The bottom line is you get VRBO rates with the peace of mind of an excellent local guest services team.
