This property has unique qualities:
It has a large living room with balcony and a full kitchen with an extra dining room.
There is one large bedroom and 2 smaller bedrooms.
There is a large king size bed in the large bedroom, a large double sofa bed in the living room and a single bed in each of the smaller bedrooms.
Tv in living room and large bedroom, dvd, stereo and internet access. Tiled bathroom with tub. Toilet in extra room.
All rooms (except bath and toilet) have large windows and the condominium is bright and light. Child and pet friendly.
It has easy access due to it's location on the first floor, just some short steps and you are in your Salzburg Vacation Rental.
OUTDOORS
There is a wonderful bakery adjacent to the house - get your fresh Vienna rolls for your breakfast in morning!
There is also a beauty salon and paper shop adjacent to the house - get your hair done and write your post cards!
The apartment is nested in a beautiful and safe neighborhood, sitting on the balcony you will enjoy the well kept lawn and trees in front of the house.
You can easily explore Salzburg and its sights - the old town is only 10 car-minutes away. There is also a public bus (a convenient bus stop is located near the apartment) taking you directly to the city center.
You have no problems with parking, your car can be parked safely in our parking lot.
The apartment is located in a charming part of Salzburg called "Taxham". The old "Roman Road" 2000 years ago to the north went through Taxham along todays Klessheim alley in front of the Schloss Klessheim palace. The palace is encircled by a large palace garden and a stream. Also a golf course is in the historic palace gardens. In the palace itself is a restaurant and the Casino. You will be there from the apartment in only 15-20 minutes on foot.
Another Highlight nearby is the EUROPARK (Salzburg's biggest Shopping-Center) - 10 minutes on foot..
Cyclists have direct access to Salzburg's excellent bicycle network. Your bikes will be stored safely in our basement overnight.
Family and pet friendly with plenty of activites for guests to explore. The living room has a big TV and stereo. The kitchen is well equipped, there is a dining room, and the apartment provides all linens and towels.
TICKETS to the Salzburg Festival and most other Salzburg activities can be booked through the owner. Please contact us!

My name is Karin, I live in beautiful Joshua Tree in sunny California and I inherited this vacation rental from my Mom. Me and my husband own a company offering classical music, art, sightseeing and culinary small group tours to AUSTRIA, specializing in Mozart and Christmas and the Salzburg Festival. We organize hosted or self-guided and individual custom tours, also to other European countries. My son Roman and his fiancé Denise and their three dogs live in Salzburg and I love to visit as often as I can and every time enjoy staying in my beautiful Salzburg Vacation Rental.

The Unique Benefits of this Condo
I love staying in my Salzburg Vacation Rental because everything is so nearby! I have a bakery in the same house, I can conveniently park my car and I am everywhere I want to be in just minutes. It is very nice and peaceful and I enjoy having my family over for a beautiful home cooked dinner and then take a walk with the dogs to the nearby castle Klessheim with it's adjacent small river. I also enjoy soaking in the bath tub for hours and in the evenings watching the American channels on TV.

A wonderful apartment in a good location. Fabulous information provided and a lovely welcome. loved Salzburg and would love to go back there. Doesn't have a washing machine.

Hi Karin, We are now back from our extended stay in Europe and had a marvelous time. In addition to our week in Salzburg, we spent time in Bavaria, Innsbruck and Vienna and had all in all, a rather miraculous experience. We are truly blessed! The apartment worked well for us. As you had told us, we easily found the bakery, the Spar and Billa and took the 21 and 28 buses downtown nearly every day. The neighborhood was mostly quiet. We appreciated the reliable internet hookup, the well-appointed kitchen and Herta, who was very helpful, including one time when the light in the WC burned out. She had someone come out the next morning and all was well. Thank you for making your apartment available to us. It actually worked quite well and we enjoyed our quiet breakfasts (and occasional dinners) in the cozy dining room.

My family and I (4 adults total) stayed in the apartment for 3 days and it met our needs. It is located in a nice part of town and is provides easy access to downtown Salzburg by bus and easy access to the highway if you are driving. The apartment was clean but somewhat dated and the toliet room provides alittle challagne getting in and out. Grocery store is within walking distance and the brakery is right around the corner. We enjoyed are stay and I would recommend this apartment for the price.

We would recommend this rental to all who are looking for a clean, well appointed, quiet and convenient vacation residence for your visit to Salzburg. Convenient markets and a very close bus stop made our stay even more enjoyable. We were met promptly by Roman on our arrival and all local amenities and locations were explained fully. We even had some extra time to get to the Billa Market before closing on a Friday evening. The Bus transportation to the downtown area is a short 20 minute trip with access to many interesting restaurants and shops along the way. We were able to purchase a weekly pass for very little, which added to the convenience of our stay. We would highly recommend this property for both short and long stays. Thanks you Karin for helping provide a wonderful Salzburg experience. One note to all, if you are arriving by train, your best bet is to use a taxi service for your initial trip to the apartment. Once you arrive, you will find the number 28 Bus to be the most convenient transportation to downtown.
