This central location allows you to walk to Main Street or the ski area, or take the free Breckenridge bus system to dozens of destinations around town. We spent five nights at this delightful spot - the first trip I've made to Breckenridge without my skis. The home is very nicely appointed with every imaginable item in the kitchen and comfortable furnishings throughout. The new hottub was a very nice addition even when the weather was warm. The home was clean and in an excellent location with ease of access to town by both a short walk or a short drive. High recommendation for this property.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Toby, I think I speak for the three of us when I say that the facility that we rented was definitely what we were looking for. Spacious, clean, and had a hot tub? I mean, what is better than that? We had a great time. It was my first time to Breckenridge and I am convinced that I need to live there. Think you can do something about that elevation though? Had a great time at 304 Village Place. Very nice condo with lots of room. In a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to downtown. Only negative is it has very limited parking. I would stay there again in the future.

we have just got back from our wonderful christmas/new year ski holiday in breckenridge having stayed at Village point 304 for 2 weeks. I would describe Village point as being a very pleasant and well appointed holiday home with all the creature comforts you would expect from accomodation of this size. The hot tub is a squeeze for 6 but comfortable with 4 !! the kitchen is big enough and has plenty of plates and etc to accomodate 6+, The master bedroom and second double bedroom are of a good size but the twin room is maybe a little too snug for 2 adults. the location was ideal for our group being only a 10 min walk to the quicksilver lift and similar distance to main street but the free summit bus stops only yards away from the accomodation. parking is ample for 1 vehicle and you could use the garage if you needed another space !! I would definately stay at village point again and would recommend this property to any family or freinds if you do decide to stay please keep it tidy for our return :-) !!
